Hank love to watch your vidos always loved to have a farm because i grew up on one would love to come see your farm and spend some time on the farm with you because i cantaford one miss the farm becaused to help my Grandpa and he had a 1950 farm all cub loved to ride on thetractor with him
Mike and I found this video VERY helpful. Thanks Hank! We need a grapple for projects on our property. P.S. I know it's summer LOL, but hoping that Jeana will do another Xmas video in Dec. She has great decorating ideas...very creative.
First I gotta get a tractor with a front end loader. I might get one soon. Thankfully 4 in 1 loaders are becoming standard equipment on compact tractors in Australia. Your Mahindra looks like a strong machine. A very informative video with good music. You need a wood chipper to build up the soil. Don’t burn it, chip it.
Grapples are great tools I have done more than just tree and brush clearing with mine lol. Loading up scrap steel works good and even for building demo it worked well and that's on a skidsteer so i have even taken out fence with a grapple so that just says how handy it is on my machine and application. And compared to how you run on a tractor compared to how I do I would be in that crazy range lol
Anyone considering a grapple needs to think about all they would use it for. You want a light grapple that will do the job and root grapples with a clamshell rake that can back rake are the most versatile. Light grapples usually cost more money. Best brand for the buck is everything attachments 55" Wicked Root Rake check it out on RUclips. Also invest in the 3rd function valve it is worth it to have better control of the grapple. Don't be cheap if buying buy right the first time. Nice video especially where you tell everyone about the weight of the grapple and also on the clamshell with tines you can back rake making it even easier to do certain jobs.
Thanks Garry. Good comment. I think Homestead implements is a the best grapple out there. EA Wicked grapple is an excellent choice for sure. They build great stuff. But I like the way Homestead builds theirs. Have a good one 👍
@@HamiltonvilleFarm Hank I did check it out. I even had a talk with Jerrod in sales and am considering the root grapple with the rake top. I like that they don't charge extra for color and they will deliver to the house or barn. I do think you need to give them that 5 star rating. They don't have any ratings on the grapples yet. The 10% vet discount is a good factor as well. Thanks have a good one and don't forget to give them an online review.
Nice job. I wonder how a clamshell grapple would do in that environment? And hats off to you for being able to use a diverter. I'm not smart enough to use one!
Ahhhh the more you use the grapple the more I need one hahaha! Great video as always! I have a ton of overgrown areas on my property too that a grapple would comb through nice!
Do you have a burn pile? I don't remember seeing you do a video on that. Thanks and have a good one 👍. If it helps any tell Gina I said you need a true 3rd function😊

Nice overview of your root grapple and how to use it. You have a monster grapple Hank. Enjoyed this video as always.
Thank you for watching. Hope you have a good day 👍
💥 I think you should switch your diverter valve to operate from your bucket curl function. I find it very efficient.
Keep on tractoring!
I'll check into that. Thanks John. Hope you're staying warm 👍
In a couple of weeks, I am going be interviewing our local Mahindra dealer. Excited and looking forward to that. Stay tuned Hank.
Right on! Looking forward to it

Yes we have a burn pile. We burn often. So much debris here. And I'll definitely tell her😂
I think Everything Attachments builds the best design attachments across the board....
EA definitely makes some nice stuff. They're other fine manufacturers out there, but EA is one of the best!
Where can I get the saw hanger U have there?

How Boucha not have so many adds!? LOL Dam-it, son
Do you need a grapple or forks? See here: ruclips.net/video/NH0r1Qw768I/видео.html
I'd definitely need to be able perform 2 functions at once. I think not being able to would slow things too much.
I hear ya. A true third function is super handy
So much stuff to clean. I read in the comment you have a burn pile. I hope you have a lot of marshmallows! Thanks!
Lol. Oh yeah!!😂😂 Cheers
