While I would never move back, I would never have wanted to grow up anywhere else. During the day I would complain about all the glas and weed everywhere, but come the night and I would be right there with my friends too. During the day we were model students, but the entire night we would spend in the club or park. I sometimes wish I could just go back to these days.
An afternoon in Berlin is like a short weekend in Amsterdam or a long weekend in Copenhagen. I wouldn't like all that broken glass everywhere because of punctures.
I was in Berlin last Friday and this is hilarious! Definitely an alternative city. Also went raving in Hamburg the next day, not far from Berlin and lots of free love.
