How can these guys write something so intricate and perform it so tightly, so young? It's like they've been marinated in Pet Sounds, Abbey Road and 10cc as kids. Brilliant stuff.
knightm27 they pretty much were. Haha. Watch their interviews. They grew up in a musical household listening to the Beatles and Beach Boys from early on.

Knightm27 there were marinated in that very music... Add Todd Rundgren to that mix and that pretty much sums it up. But it's one thing to be steeped in something, and quite another to be able to seemingly effortlessly recreate your own version of it. They are so so fun to watch and listen to!

I think that's why I love them. For me, it's TOO much better to have 50 different live versions than always the same thing. For example, The Who Live at Leeds. Am I Wrong?
I literally, can NOT stop singing their songs in my head, seeing them live definitely allowed me to connect with them in indescribable words.. I highly recommend that you go check these guys out whenever they're playing in your country/area.!!!! #acl2017

It's crazy how people like Lil Pump blow up and make millions yet there is others like this with actual talent.
Rigo Es Actually his record label probably takes a crap ton of money from him
It’s because the market for someone like Lil Pump is so much bigger, he’s a new wave hip hop artist who happens to make bangers, nothing more, nothing less. As talented as these guys are, extremely talented, the market for retro sounding rock n roll isn’t as prominent as it used to be. It’s also got a lot to do with social media, someone like Lil Pump has the following he has because he’s got a very active instagram which pumps out ridiculous shit on a daily basis. Think about how Mac Demarco got big, aside from a a healthy dose of Pitchfork support, his social media game was dynamic as hell. These kids are still young and with time I think they’ll get to a very comfortable stage, the best thing we can do is to share their music! But remember not to throw other artists under the bus, like Lil Pump, you may not enjoying him or find value in him, but a lot of people clearly do! And who knows, if you give people like Lil Pump fans the time of day in regards to their musical interests, and be open to it, they might do the same for yours! :)
