Beautiful game of basketball. Anthony Edwards going nuts. Mike Conley the OG still putting in work. KAT a beast. Luka one of the most skilled players ever. Kyrie extremely clutch and flawless handles. Nazz reed showing he’s a factor. Hardaway dropping bombs. This would be an epic playoff matchup.
Right on bro, it already looked like a playoff game. Great competition, great performances, fantastic skills. Naz is a fuckin problem. you got KAT and Rudy on your plate, against one endersized center, and then he comes of the bench. He shoots the three, he drives with speed and power, he jumps like a madman and finishes with bad intensions. I think Derek Lively was sorely missed against this menace of a front court. I think the D. Jones block on a rudy dunk is play of the game. Man, what a helicopter!
It’s weird that you’re saying luka as one of the most skilled players ever seeing as Kyrie is arguably the most skilled player in the NBA. Imagine if he was 6’6” luka is incredibly skilled don’t get me wrong but I just found it odd

Mavs lose a lot of coverage without kyrie, as teams can just triple Luka and that's it, but with Kyrie, how do you triple team two people
Kyrie went off tonight good game overall but we need more points from the role players, this was a clutch of the month by Irving but we won’t always be so lucky in such close games.

Luka is just special. And Kyrie showing why he's one of the most skilled player of all time
Luka has moves that are a feast to the eyes. As big as he is , he dances with the ball, penetrates, jumps backwards for a 3, finds the open person. So incredible to watch. And Kyrie, so agile, so athletic' so smooth. Perfect to keep the the Macs on top while Luka is getting a rest, or together with him.

Mavs in the playoffs will be a problem for every team they face. If the game is close in the last five minutes, it will be difficult to beat Luka and Kyrie together, they´re both as clutch as can be, unstopable players.

Mike Conley is just such a quality player. No hype, great pedigree coming out of OSU's championship season, still playing good ball, high IQ player. Never won a championship in the NBA to match his NCAA one, definitely deserving of it given his overall contribution to the game. This year he has maybe his best chance yet.
I'm not rooting for the T-wolves, but it would be great to see MCJr win a chip before he retires.

At age 18 afer he won everything in EU they crowned him as the next potential greatest basketball player. Jokic and Giannis had none of that. Luka already got huge biased disrespect before entering the league.. yes i would want to see Luka rage less over ref calls, but i understand why he does it. Good job Timberwolves, you still lead the season head to head versus the Mavericks and have the best record in the West. And Ant Edwards is still the best young talent in the league both offensively and defensively combined at 25 and under. He has the ability to shut anyone down defensively positions 1-4 and still can drop 35+ if he needs to. Future face of the NBA and MVP for sure.

HonestlyI did not watch the whole game. BUT, based on the stats the least points those two monsters either made or created hovers around 96 at least on the other hand IMO. Could be even more. IDK
I think Luka and Kyrie are one of the few duos where it's actually very possible that they keep scoring 70+ as a duo throughout the playoffs in most games, unless teams heavily double both in which case the roleplayers should be able to get easy buckets

@@tadaskalanta9733 I didn't say every game, I said in most games in the playoffs if they didn't both get doubled. I think Jokic + Murray is a duo that could do the same, if Jokic was actually looking to score. I think Kawhi + PG/Kawhi + Harden/Harden + PG could do the same if they let most of the shots go just to 2 out of the 3 guys instead of distributing shots to Kawhi + PG + Harden relatively evenly. I think LeBron + AD could do it. I think Kevin Durant + Devin Booker could do it. I think Giannis + Dame could do it. That's about it I think though

We all know Kyrie and Luka are great, but there is something about Edwards, his style of play reminds me of Jordan and Kobe. The mid jumpers, fadeaways, dunks and handles, perfect for a shooting guard position.

Anthony Edward's is the closests player to resemble MJ that the league has had since Kobe retired. His build/size, slashing ability, out jump people, dribble style, occasional 3 ball, plays defense. You cant name another player that is closer to MJ playstyle, build & potentional than Edward's
Kawhi Leonard could be closer, specially the one we saw during the Toronto Raptors postseason run in 2019

Kobe might have Jordan shooting skills but he's not as quick as Jordan, Edwards have the quickness of Jordan and his shooting skills is also decent, and he's also a heck of defender, Edwards is more Jordan than any other players in NBA history

He said kyrie is one of the most difficult players players for him to guard, I like the fact he guarded him for the majority of the game as a kyrie fan, he’s got that competitive edge.
