What are you doing with the kick drum on the little fill after the main groove. Your just showing what yo do with your hands
A video from my younger days and before I got a kick cam 😂. I think the bit you’re talking about the kick drum just goes together with the hi hats. On the music sheet it’s the note in the bottom space, if that helps.

You should get a camera for your kick drum so beginners like myself can know when you hit the kick drum
Yep yep, I eventually got around to that. The bottom note on the sheet music is the kick drum if that helps.

Hey this is very helpful material! I am teaching myself how to read by watching tutorials that play through the notation so thank you for posting. One thing I did notice is that the cadence you play at marker 1:09 doesn't match the notation. Can you elaborate on that please?
Sure! I played one bar of the beat first, and the music notes are just the drum fill part which I play in the second bar. Hope that helps! And great job teaching yourself to read music, that’s awesome! 🎶🎵

This is always my favourite comment on my AC/DC videos. They’re all ex pats, but they definitely met, formed the band and recorded in Australia so I reckon that makes them Australian! 🇦🇺 🤘

?Why do I have an unusual echo in the Sner drum
Try putting a piece of tape on the drum, that will stop it ringing out after you hit it. Otherwise sometimes your snare makes noise when you hit the other drums and in that case you have to adjust the tuning on your snare a little bit. Try it out, hope that helps!
I have been trying to do this on my e-kit but my hi-hat doesn't sound right is there a setting for this on a Roland e-kit

Yamaha Oak Custom. They don’t make these exact ones anymore but their Live Custom series is made of Oak still.

Never has there been a song that doesn't need a tutorial more than this. It's literally just the first beat a drummer ever learns haha.
