@@ivettecresporamos1721 you do not that our skin expands and retracts? When we gain or lose weight. But with that surgery the weigh comes off so fast out skin doesn't have time to retract. If you do normal exercise and eat right and lose weight the skin has time to retract and tighten up

The skin of extreme obesity will be left in excess after weight loss no matter how slow it comes off - the larger the skin organ stretches to cover huge weight gain, the more likely the person will be left with excess skin.

Unfortunately he did this too late. The older you get the skin has less elastic capabilities to return back. And he went in too fast. But maybe there's reasons for that ie health issue's.
