They are perfectly possible on pad, but you may want to do a claw grip for your controller instead of using the thumb to press buttons. In some cases you can use the macros to make these easier, for example mapping b+c to a trigger can make it easier to do the 5th option select.

Is the third OS something that ALL characters can do? because if you whiffing a charging C it'll vary depending in the recovery the move has right?
something all chars can do and also punishes both heat and dps is 2A~D
