I think when Charlie said "No-one's ever done anything crazy on sleeping pills" it's a dramatic irony reference to Roseanne, basically setting up the next scene. And for the record, Shrimp has a Yorkshire accent (north east side of England)

But im sure they could play word games and try to convince a jury of attempted murder as they thought the person was alive at the time, so they committed attempted murder since they tried to kill him. I feel like if somebody stabbed a body thinking the person was still alive it'd have to at least be attempted murder or desecrating a body, not a lawyer but thats what i'd think

Ahh, it goes so quick I couldn't tell if those were memes or not. I'm all caught up, but when I go to record S2E4 I'll defiintely keep in mind!
My favourite part is that it isn't a normal or happy photo of Smormu, instead it's just a photo of his corpse on the morgue table.
He will live on in our hearts forever, though.
