Hello everyone. In today's video, Beda will be showing us how to make yummy cinnamon rolls. This type of bread can be taken at break fast, as a dessert and even as a snack. It's made out of wheat flour, after flattening the dough and spreading cinnamon on it, that's when you roll it, and that's where the name cinnamon rolls came from.
Muraho neza. Muri video y'uyu munsi, turaza gukurikira uko Beda ari atwigisha uko wakora umugti uryoshye witwa cinnamon rolls. Uyu mugati ushobora kuribwa mu gitondo, nka desert cg se nka snack. Nyuma yo gukora umutsima mu ifarini, urawurambura neza ,maze ugasukaho cinnamon ivanze ni isukari, warangiza ukawuzinga, ari naho izina cinnamon rolls ryavuye.
What we need (Ibikenewe)
-Wheat flour 6 cups
-Sugar 4 tbsp
-Salt 1 tsp
-Warm milk 1 glass
-Melted butter 60g
-Eggs 2pcs
-Yiest 3 tbsp
-Butter 40g
-Sugar 5 Tbsp
-Cinnamon 1 tbsp

Thanks for the support @Gad ISHIMWE. To answer your question, I would say that to prepare cinnamon rolls, one needs the following:
Wheat flour 6 cups
-Sugar 4 tbsp
-Salt 1 tsp
-Warm milk 1 glass
-Melted butter 60g
-Eggs 2pcs
-Yiest 3 tbsp
-Butter 40g
-Sugar 5 Tbsp
-Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Time wise, I would say it takes 2hrs:
-Mixing, kneading and cutting 40min -Allow the dough to rise after kneading 30min -Let the rolls rise after cutting them 30min -Baking time is 20min NB: The measurements may vary depending on what quantity one wants to prepare.
