Filibuster doesn't need less att. Animation, he need an amazing long distance with a incredible piercing range (like he stay at 550 range, but his attack can attack at 300-1000, he only need this)
I feel like the problem with this tactic is that your big hits miss super often since you have to kb the boss multiple times to make sure it doesn’t progress.

100k damage isn't exactly that op considering how long it takes for him to charge up. It will ramp up his dps from a measly 800 to 5k. Which is the expected dps of most ubers without taking their strong against/massive damage abilities into account. Pretty much every omnistrike unit excluding Catgod will still out-dps him but it's still better than what we have now.
