I ordered two shirts from Denim and Co on the same order and get charged two shipping charges. THATS JUST WRONG. Sometimes ut takes 4 to 6 days before and order even ships. I'm in California, it takes forever to get an order out here.
YES! I swear to God that they make more money on that shipping and handling. And too many of my orders lately have been delayed...so you pay that rate for poor service.
Wasteful packaging & should ship multiple items in one order & 1 shipping charge. However. I I think items ship from different places & not always in the same warehouse, but who knows. And yes, returns take forever & you often have to call to expedite the return when they have the return merchandise & just sit on it.
This happens to me all the time no matter who I shop off of. All my used books came one at a time last month. My 2 heated vests came one at a time. I don't understand what that's all about.
QVC is just NOT what it used to be. Higher prices, lower quality. Most of the best hosts have been fired or let go. They certainly didn’t stand by their older hosts that really made QVC what it was.
I have been with QVC since 2014. Use to love them and buy a lot but I have watch the prices go up and the quality gone done. Also, use to receive package with in week I ordered now takes about 2 weeks. Watching the show was fun and entertaining too but I feel the host and guest are out of control and all they do is talk about their person lives and some literally act like fools. Another thing is watching the host order things for themselves during show. All this said, thank you QVC , i think it is time for us to part ways. Thanks for the memories.
The last thing I purchased was from Cuddle Dudds, two pairs of pajamas with pulls in the fabric. It was like the company was reselling returned merchandise. I haven't purchased since that and closed out my account!
I started shopping with QVC in the late 80's. It was a great time, shopping from home. Back then they sold high quality sheets, Egyptian cotton, I purchased several sets. Between QVC, HSN, Shop NBC, etc., my home was a show place! Decades later, I don't shop from any of them. Most of the brands are gone, the worst part, when they canned the phenomenal show host! If the companies don't have loyalty to their employees, why should I continue to buy from you! That pretty much sums it up! The owners killed the companies with Corporate Greed!!!!
The quality and costs are reasons why I hardly shop at QVC anymore. Returns take forever to post on my charge. Many hosts talk over people and want to tell their own stories. Shawn is the most obnoxious...Rick shouts at the camera and is the most rude. Why he is still there is beyond me. On another point, Susan Graver doesn’t shut up, says the same things over and over and over again. Her prices have become ridiculous. Leah Williams explains fashion the best and Kirsten the worst.
The prices have gone way up. I used to shop there a lot, but not anymore. Almost every month I ordered a few items. I just ordered something and I saw that I hadn't ordered anything for 8 months prior. I watch the channel but I can't afford most of it anymore. I don't care for the clothes styles as much anymore. Expensive for what they are. Barefoot Products atr an example of that. My big box stores offer better quality, similar items at a affordable price. of the hosts talk over their guests and for me, are not relatable. I do enjoy Leah Williams, though.
Graver, is just irritating, when she was on I would hit the mute button! Especially after the lipo surgery, she wouldn't stop modeling with the models!
Because they fired all good host brought in people who are totally incapable of relating to customers. Prices are wayyyyy too high they got too big for their britches host are rude talk over each other laugh so loud u can't hear about product it's just a circus anymore soooo disappointed other places to shop not deal with the nonsense
I agree ,I stopped watching some of the hosts are full of themselves some never stop talking over the guest’s and act silly I want to hear about the product. The costs have gone way up the products quality has gone down .
Prices are high but I still have my favorites. My biggest complaint are the shipping costs. They charge for each item regardless of whether you order individually or together. Also shipping time is much slower than Amazon.
I got "the letter" telling me they're going to cancel my account since I return too much. I return because the quality has gone down. I won't be buying anymore.
Me, too. That letter was harsh and bordered on threatening. They emphasize that you can return, and even extend the return policy during the holidays. I'm convinced the shoes are seconds. Clothing size chart doesn't make up for change in quality - looking at you, Kim Gravel. It is becoming more and more obvious that the styles are more for the elderly. After a I received that letter, I was done. My current easy pay ends at the end of December 2024. I will no longer purchase from QVC again. At this point, I won't even miss them.
I got a notification that I needed to use my credit card more often or my credit limit would be cut. After that, I cancelled my account, plus the interest rate was excessively high!
Agreed. I've been shopping at QVC for a while. I've noticed that many products that have annual TSVs are charging much higher prices than in past years. Some products have been 50% % or higher. And they called it a special value? I also have noticed that the quality of some products is lower.
I really don’t care for the new programming formats. The hosts are all silly, dressing too informally, drinking wine and telling their stories. I’ve been with QVC since the 1980s, back when the hosts dressed nicely, and took their job of selling seriously.

yep some hosts treat their shows as their personal talk show, they make THEMSELVES the star instead of what it should be, THE PRODUCT, so important information is not given to the viewer so the viewer doesn't buy!!! The hosts only like to go over colors over and over and over and little else, we need more details and more about product benefits!
I asked to talk to QVC customer service 4 years ago and said Amazon and free shipping is going to destroy your business. It costs 6-7 dollars to ship and if its clothes and doesn’t fit it’s too much of A chance. Also Amazon returns is a one minute process. I love it. Also the fabric the clothes are made of is cheap, clingy, and disappointing. Finally the hosts are blah and come across as fake. I watched it often; now not at all.
The quality and value have definitely gone down over the past few years. I stopped using my QVC credit card when the interest rate was higher than any of my department store cards. The fashions are mostly oversized tunics in prints and pants made of synthetic fabrics. Not my thing anymore. I may occasionally buy outerwear from Dennis Basso because the quality is still decent and the designs are both modern and classic, but I used to love Denim and Co. but you can find better quality clothing at Walmart or Target. I don’t hold out much hope that QVC can rebound from this fall from grace.
After 25+ years shopping on QVC I left when they got rid of the older hosts. I clicked off the day they announced Carolyn Gracie had been canned (I also liked Dan Hughes, Kathy Levine…). I can buy the products elsewhere. It was the hosts that kept me there. I won’t go back to QVC.
They fired their most watched hosts, and the quality of their fashions has declined. My biggest disappointment was the change from cotton to polyester in their most popular line, Denim and Company. Their service is good and their order staff is very good except for the foreign order takers who really haven’t mastered English. I usually use customer service because English is their first language. I do like the easy pay option. They should have maintained the hosting staff and quality merchandise instead of buying HSN.
I would watch more often if Jane Treacy would STHU about her daughters and Alberti Popaj would try to be just a little less flaming. They are really hard to watch for more than a few minutes. Jane needs to retire. She’s getting a little scary looking.

I stopped watching when Shawn Killinger became their "star" host. It is so annoying to watch those big glasses perched on the end of her nose all the time. She is whiny, and so full of herself I cannot watch.
OMG, I used to watch because ion the hosts, such as Kathy Levin and the guests such as Joan Rivers, They were genuine and credible. Shawn has such an "edge", and portrays herself as uber sophisticated. She is NOT!
Jane Tracey is even worse and has to call David her honey TV husband---she knows it aggravates people but even said on air she's going to say it anyway, but QVC retains her as a host---UNBELEVEABLE!!! Viewers won't watch obnoxious hosts
I still shop with them because there are only 2 retail stores in my city. I am unhappy with the shipping and return shipping fee's and the quality of clothing is so inconsistent that it really is their fault that things get returned. Their acronym no longer works as far as quality and price are concerned. Like who spends $159 for a MacKenzie Childs tea pot, it's outrageous.

I’ve been a customer from the earlier days and agree with this entire video. I do not use tik tok or instagram but do watch RUclips and online. And although I do shop qvc, I actually do not watch on tv but rather check on the app which is a great format. But the quality and brands like Candace Cameron have gone away. I still check and occasionally purchase or wait to see if something I’m interested in goes on sale. The other big thing that ticks me off is their shipping and handling charges. Charging on each item and for returns which is a big change over the years that really makes me hold off from purchasing. Shame aside really do enjoy watching some of the hosts and their products.
First of all, what separated QVC from other retailers was they had UNIQUE products, now they have a lot of what you see EVERYWHERE with faster delivery. QVCs niche customers are not Millennials and Gen Z so ordering directly from a TickTok or an online presentation is not a priority for their actual customer base. QVC appeals more to the 40 yr old career woman, empty nester, or retiree, they have more cash to burn then the younger generation still paying for college and starting their careers at lower salary range. QVC needs to focus on their niche market and price points. QVC's presentations are too long and repetitive, hosts focus on themselves, their celebrity wannabe status and not the products! I know TONS of people scammed purchasing directly from social media platforms, its not all its cracked up to be! So the online "heaven" your piece focused on isn't entirely accurate for QVCs niche market. QVC needs to read the suggestions on their website forum and Facebook pages thats what they need to focus on for better success!!! The same complaints that have been voiced for yrs but ignored by QVC thats why they are really struggling
The only clothes I would consider buying would be from Denim and Company. Some of the hosts they have now are very obnoxious, so I hardly watch it anymore.
If the US are like the U.K. their postage cost are absolutely ridiculous They want almost £6.95 to post a bag and yet you go on to the main site that makes the bag it’s free postage. Also the food delivery is just mad. A lot of the presenters are rude. They keep on interrupting the guests who are trying to sell their product.
QVC sent Shawn to London with the Slatkin candle guy, in which I thought was rediculous. And the picture she posted on her page of her holding his feet looked suspicious. Just to sell a fricking candle. Her husband must be a fool or he just doesnt care.
I am so over QVC. Amazon does put them to shame on many of their items (unless they are products made only for QVC sales). And when it comes to over priced food items like steaks, bakery, overpriced cheesecakes, super expensive hams and BBQ items...do you really need that rather rotund guy doing his happy dance and licking his lips to convince you it tastes good??? You will never see a host say anything bad about some of the stuff they try to sell you. After all they are snake (and food) oil salesmen (and women).
I remember former host, Lisa Mason, was very honest, shed say things like, if you're petite this item isn't best suited for you, we have items we will present later on better suited for petites. I always appreciated her honesty. Now some of the host say things to puff up the product, then QVC wonders about returns! Returns are the result of POOR HOST PRESENTATIONS!
They recently started charging $1.99 to be sent a paper statement! And I never received a notice of this. I called to complain in a calm voice, respectful language. The customer service person sent me a link to pay online and I was pretty much hung up on. I had told her I was going to cancel my account.
I got one of these paper processing fees too from the same bank, but this was for a different card, Care Credit. I will no longer use the card out of principal. Outrageous!
Prices are outrageous…especially their foods that customers will eat in a week and pay for for five months! Rip off! The hosts are all too young, pretending excitement, the over 50 promotion going on now is ridiculous, and everything Valerie Parr Hill sells is made in China and so overpriced! Can get Chinese products from Hobby Lobby much cheaper! Hsn and qvc are both disappointing and will be gone soon.

Why should I spend $40 for a tee shirt on QVCwhen I can buy a cashmere one from Quince? You can also find the same things brand new on E Bay much cheaper.
Their stock is for selling for 36 cents. Qurate Retail Group is the name. 36 cents! That says quite a lot. To put that in perspective, Amazon's stock is over $200.
I always preferred HSN over QVC. Their prices were better & I liked the hosts more. But now after HSN was sold, their prices are higher. Hardly watch or buy from either now.
HSN was the originator of home shopping. I remember when QVC was originally CVN, in the 80's. That's how long I started shopping with them. Colleen Lopez was a show host with the network, then she moved to Florida and started working for HSN.
Certain brands I now shop Amazon as well. Just recently a well known stereo company, an item was in wait list on QVC, but Amazon had it available and it shipped in one day. QVC is slower and slower in shipping orders. Amazon, if you pay their membership, yes it isn’t cheap, but my orders for the year more than pay for this charge - shipping is getting more expensive. Would love to speak with QVC management to express my thoughts and frustrations.

One of the biggest reason that qvc is losing business is the weird hosts that they have. Rachel doesn’t shut her mouth. The rep can’t even get a word in. Alberti is a phony. David sells items based on color. I could go on and on with the rest of the hosts.
I used to heavily shop Gourmet Holiday until the prices went ballistic and the delivered quality became iffy. Very disappointed. No further purchases from me.....

They do not have innovative products anymore and they just keep turning out more and more junk from one or two brands that keep branching out into areas beyond their specialty. You know who you are. I don’t think a woman who designed cute pants is qualified to offer skin care one day out of nowhere. QVC used to go locate top skin care from skin care professionals, and clothing from clothing professionals not try to turn out as much crap as they can from a single name. And their prices are way too high. What they were selling a new Apple iPad for two weeks ago was almost double the price I paid at Costco. The V in QVC used to stand for value now it just stands for very sad

Most people can't afford to pay those high prices anymore. I remember when Denim and co was very inexpensive. Now it's sometimes more than a name brand. It's ridiculous that's what happens when these companies become greedy. No wonder people choose Amazon and others for their purchases. I stopped watching them a few years back when these hostesses would present cosmetics and so called cosmeceuticals, and toning devices for "anti aging" . It was so obvious they all had professional procedures done, fills, botox, and the like. It was was an insult to our intelligence.😠
Not accurate. Here is the real scoop. QVC quality and prices are the reason sales have dropped. Items have become very expensive. Shoes, clothes and food in particular pricing is high. Also, the hosts are not knowledgeable and make mistakes. Lastly, they no longer have small gadget items, haven't seen a cookbook in years, pots and pans rarely, jewlery almost nonexistent. Can we get an all day st. PATRICK'S day event. QVC just look at old archives of your programming you can tell the difference right away. Lastly, dont make us buy 4 of an item when we only need one. If QVC laid off hosts to cut costs, then how are they bringing new hosts on board? Also, the costs of consumables has increased exponentially, but the quality of the products is low. The past few times I ordered consumable products, I've sworn I won't do it again. The hosts are dramatic while giving their reviews, and my assessment doesn't match it. I'm thankful that they credit my account and I don't have to hassle with returns.
I think David Venable is now unwatchable he talks over the presenters and seems to have a food addiction instead of talking about the product. He always has to make it about himself and has no humor in any delivery time to retire that guy. P.S. most of their clothing is frumpy

I can go to Sam’s Club and purchase an Issac or Vince Comuto top or dress for $15-$25! Why is QVC gouging us for $69 -$149 for the same items? I understand they’re on the air and need to pay models, host, insurance overhead, etc. but that is beyond gouging their loyal customers! I can’t afford to shop there anymore unless it’s for beauty. I can’t stand the new hosts they have seems like it’sDEI hires. I’m no prude but I don’t like men offering my make up or clothes either. Maybe I’m old-fashioned but I just do not like it. People have piercings in their nose, full of tattoos. QVC would never be like that. They were very professional and a step up from HSN. Everyone was always so professionally dressed and appropriate.The women hosts always so classic with their French manicures, now everyone’s looks like they’re going to some concert, rave or crazy party. It’s so unprofessional now. Very sad to see.
I have been a QVC forever and a day. The food sections are absolutely too expensive. I bought several things that were good. Not in my book and then say too expensive. In todays world everything is more expensive like groceries, rent gas. That is why.

When I watch QVC it is to shop and I appreciate an honest opinion. The hosts many times contradict themselves when going from product to product which really feels dishonest. I also wonder why hosts are designing now. If money is tight why would QVC go to England to interview Elton John? …or why are they courting “stars” that are now “skin experts”. I love QVC - many brands I can’t find anywhere else. I depend on them as there is nothing in the department stores near me. I would buy higher end brands if they carried them..
Prices way up, quality way down and shipping costs make the item not worth the added cost was the reason I quit shopping on those channels a few years ago.....I know costs and prices are even worse now. I foresee them going by the wayside just like many of the retail stores are.
I’ve seen Laura Geller several times this fall and winter as per usual, also with a presentation in the spring for Mother’s Day/summer. It’s seasonal. Josie Maran also just featured with a new presentation.
Unfortunately,that was Josie marans last show. That's why they were practically giving the argan oil products away. Her prods will remain on line but no presentations

Yes I still shop…. Clothes and shoes have definitely declined and I no longer purchase. When they have sales clearance and free shipping, it is worth shopping for gifts. Kitchen and skin care on deals are most of my purchases. I have Lol made a no spend January and possibly no spend year. This would include QVC AND HSN. I feel a lot of people will be no spend in 2025. Thanks for sharing ❤
I used to be a HUGE QVC shopper and I have cut down significantly. Their quality assurance no longer exists. I ordered 2 food items recently and 1 came with the food out of the packaging and frozen to the dry ice (and it was even the wrong item) and the second I received an empty cooler. When I called to get my money back the customer service rep said to you want to reorder. I said are you kidding me? They also got rid of some great hosts and hired younger, dopey people, and one in particular acts like she's drunk in a bar all the time. I did not buy any Christmas presents this year from them as most of their merchandise is women's clothes and 95% of the people I buy for are male. It used to be a great place to shop with all kinds of merchandise and now its 95 percent women's clothes and beauty items.

I am not interested in shopping channels like QVC. I have bought lots from the Q in the past. High, high orices and loss of my fav items are to blame. The shipping costs are another reason. I just received 4 items, cosmetics, all ordered together, and 4 shipping fees on one small box and one envelope. My linens are gone. My pots and pans are gone. It Cosmetics seem to be leaving. Reasonable prices on clothing are gone. So, I guess, am I. Oh yeah, reasonable prices on jewelry are gone.
QVC is too expensive. I can't afford to pay $70 for a blouse , pant etc. I have bills to pay and food to buy. Susan Gravers clothes are all poly and overpriced. Can't stand how she is constantly talking over the hosts and constantly saying "It's so cute, It's fab etc etc." She's being pushy. Denim and Co used to be a good brand , affordable and stylish. Not any more.
Oh, and I’ll probably get a letter canceling my card also because if it’s lacking in quality, BACK it goes! I refuse to pay high dollar for JUNK! If they cancel me…cool….husband would be on cloud 9 😂
I watched and bought for years but I stopped when they turned on the best hosts and brought in the new ones. We are not stupid and can see with our own eyes what they did as far as hosts are concerned. We know exactly why they brought in some of the new ones. QVC caved like so many other businesses. I was done.
I’ve been a QVC shopper for about 30 years. I never buy clothes there anymore- the prices are just way too high. I miss the product lines that have disappeared. I still buy some of my skincare and cosmetics there- they have much lower prices than the department stores for the same products when they are on sale. I use Philosophy and Elemis, which are high end, so the QVC specials are really helpful, and auto delivery whenever possible. I only use the app now, I can’t remember how many years it’s been since I actually watched on TV.
Used to enjoy buying denim& company the clothes were affordable and they would have set now you have to buy everything separate and it’s more expense. As for Susan graverclothes same thing very expensive can go to my local shop and get better quality. So how many face lift has she had Jane on now and she talking and talking ha ha
I miss the Bose products JBL ETC I have to watch it on you tube never see the electronics on tv anymore it’s changed the 90’s they had the Crosley and Thomas reproduction radios loved it great deals miss the old days of QVC.
Quality and good deals made me continue to purchase from these channels. Poor quality, higher prices and outrageous shipping costs made me stop shopping there. This shopping experience is costly and outdated, time to move on without them.
I’ve been shopping at QVC since the 1990’s to present. I have been disappointed a few times these past 5 years with products I have ordered from them. Yes they were better and cheaper some years ago. But even though I shop on Amazon mostly because of its expedite delivery tactics, I still like QVC.
Again, high prices and low quality, SLOW returns with no replacements available as advertised. Products are pushed by hosts as if the items are the greatest product ever and more often than not, they are awful. These newer hosts look like they are going to the gym half the time, no class any more. The need to take a step back To before THEY BECAME WOKE. ( Like kicking Mike Lindell off). SICK
QVC has changed so much and miss the show Hosts that have been there so long I do most of my shopping on Amazon now I get product cheaper and faster and earn credit when I shop and add it to my next Oder and get a good discount. Every order keeps me updated on delivery time and not keep me guessing. And most time I get my order a lot sooner I had an order due to come on December 23 but it came on the 18 of December . I don’t think I will be shopping at QVC any more.
I’ve noticed that the styles are ugly and nothing is below $40 unless it’s on clearance. I always have to return the shoes, they should be tried on before purchase. It’s difficult to listen to them praise a sweater for 10 minutes!

QVC has become the world's most boring, never changing, hard-sell nonsense. The sales pitches are relentless hard-sell and frankly, who needs it. Just give accurate data about a product and shut up. That's when I consider maybe I might need the item. Then I sleep on it. I probably don't buy or.. I check for cheaper prices elsewhere. QVC is just so annoying I haven't actually watched it in years. I did watch back 25 years ago. I was a big Barbara Bixby and Honora fan. Both are gone.

This happens to me all the time no matter who I shop off of. All my used books came one at a time last month. My 2 heated vests came one at a time. I don't understand what that's all about.

QVC is just NOT what it used to be. Higher prices, lower quality. Most of the best hosts have been fired or let go. They certainly didn’t stand by their older hosts that really made QVC what it was.

I have been with QVC since 2014. Use to love them and buy a lot but I have watch the prices go up and the quality gone done. Also, use to receive package with in week I ordered now takes about 2 weeks.
Watching the show was fun and entertaining too but I feel the host and guest are out of control and all they do is talk about their person lives and some literally act like fools. Another thing is watching the host order things for themselves during show. All this said, thank you QVC , i think it is time for us to part ways. Thanks for the memories.
The last thing I purchased was from Cuddle Dudds, two pairs of pajamas with pulls in the fabric. It was like the company was reselling returned merchandise. I haven't purchased since that and closed out my account!
I started shopping with QVC in the late 80's. It was a great time, shopping from home. Back then they sold high quality sheets, Egyptian cotton, I purchased several sets. Between QVC, HSN, Shop NBC, etc., my home was a show place! Decades later, I don't shop from any of them. Most of the brands are gone, the worst part, when they canned the phenomenal show host! If the companies don't have loyalty to their employees, why should I continue to buy from you! That pretty much sums it up! The owners killed the companies with Corporate Greed!!!!

I love Susan Graver clothes but not all the chit chat. I cannot afford the higher prices, though, so I haven’t purchased anything from QVC since 2021.

The prices have gone way up. I used to shop there a lot, but not anymore. Almost every month I ordered a few items. I just ordered something and I saw that I hadn't ordered anything for 8 months prior. I watch the channel but I can't afford most of it anymore. I don't care for the clothes styles as much anymore. Expensive for what they are. Barefoot Products atr an example of that. My big box stores offer better quality, similar items at a affordable price. of the hosts talk over their guests and for me, are not relatable. I do enjoy Leah Williams, though.
Graver, is just irritating, when she was on I would hit the mute button! Especially after the lipo surgery, she wouldn't stop modeling with the models!
The prices have gotten outrageous! Predictions are home shopping will go out of business in years to come.

Prices are high but I still have my favorites. My biggest complaint are the shipping costs. They charge for each item regardless of whether you order individually or together. Also shipping time is much slower than Amazon.
I got "the letter" telling me they're going to cancel my account since I return too much. I return because the quality has gone down. I won't be buying anymore.

Me, too. That letter was harsh and bordered on threatening. They emphasize that you can return, and even extend the return policy during the holidays. I'm convinced the shoes are seconds. Clothing size chart doesn't make up for change in quality - looking at you, Kim Gravel. It is becoming more and more obvious that the styles are more for the elderly. After a I received that letter, I was done. My current easy pay ends at the end of December 2024. I will no longer purchase from QVC again. At this point, I won't even miss them.

Agreed. I've been shopping at QVC for a while. I've noticed that many products that have annual TSVs are charging much higher prices than in past years. Some products have been 50% % or higher. And they called it a special value? I also have noticed that the quality of some products is lower.
I really don’t care for the new programming formats. The hosts are all silly, dressing too informally, drinking wine and telling their stories. I’ve been with QVC since the 1980s, back when the hosts dressed nicely, and took their job of selling seriously.

I asked to talk to QVC customer service 4 years ago and said Amazon and free shipping is going to destroy your business. It costs 6-7 dollars to ship and if its clothes and doesn’t fit it’s too much of A chance. Also Amazon returns is a one minute process. I love it.
Also the fabric the clothes are made of is cheap, clingy, and disappointing. Finally the hosts are blah and come across as fake. I watched it often; now not at all.
The quality and value have definitely gone down over the past few years. I stopped using my QVC credit card when the interest rate was higher than any of my department store cards.
The fashions are mostly oversized tunics in prints and pants made of synthetic fabrics. Not my thing anymore. I may occasionally buy outerwear from Dennis Basso because the quality is still decent and the designs are both modern and classic, but I used to love Denim and Co. but you can find better quality clothing at Walmart or Target. I don’t hold out much hope that QVC can rebound from this fall from grace.
After 25+ years shopping on QVC I left when they got rid of the older hosts. I clicked off the day they announced Carolyn Gracie had been canned (I also liked Dan Hughes, Kathy Levine…). I can buy the products elsewhere. It was the hosts that kept me there. I won’t go back to QVC.

They fired their most watched hosts, and the quality of their fashions has declined. My biggest disappointment was the change from cotton to polyester in their most popular line, Denim and Company. Their service is good and their order staff is very good except for the foreign order takers who really haven’t mastered English. I usually use customer service because English is their first language. I do like the easy pay option. They should have maintained the hosting staff and quality merchandise instead of buying HSN.
Food prices are outrageous.
I would watch more often if Jane Treacy would STHU about her daughters and Alberti Popaj would try to be just a little less flaming. They are really hard to watch for more than a few minutes. Jane needs to retire. She’s getting a little scary looking.

I stopped watching when Shawn Killinger became their "star" host. It is so annoying to watch those big glasses perched on the end of her nose all the time. She is whiny, and so full of herself I cannot watch.
OMG, I used to watch because ion the hosts, such as Kathy Levin and the guests such as Joan Rivers, They were genuine and credible. Shawn has such an "edge", and portrays herself as uber sophisticated. She is NOT!

I still shop with them because there are only 2 retail stores in my city. I am unhappy with the shipping and return shipping fee's and the quality of clothing is so inconsistent that it really is their fault that things get returned. Their acronym no longer works as far as quality and price are concerned. Like who spends $159 for a MacKenzie Childs tea pot, it's outrageous.

I’ve been a customer from the earlier days and agree with this entire video. I do not use tik tok or instagram but do watch RUclips and online. And although I do shop qvc, I actually do not watch on tv but rather check on the app which is a great format. But the quality and brands like Candace Cameron have gone away. I still check and occasionally purchase or wait to see if something I’m interested in goes on sale. The other big thing that ticks me off is their shipping and handling charges. Charging on each item and for returns which is a big change over the years that really makes me hold off from purchasing. Shame aside really do enjoy watching some of the hosts and their products.
First of all, what separated QVC from other retailers was they had UNIQUE products, now they have a lot of what you see EVERYWHERE with faster delivery. QVCs niche customers are not Millennials and Gen Z so ordering directly from a TickTok or an online presentation is not a priority for their actual customer base. QVC appeals more to the 40 yr old career woman, empty nester, or retiree, they have more cash to burn then the younger generation still paying for college and starting their careers at lower salary range. QVC needs to focus on their niche market and price points. QVC's presentations are too long and repetitive, hosts focus on themselves, their celebrity wannabe status and not the products! I know TONS of people scammed purchasing directly from social media platforms, its not all its cracked up to be! So the online "heaven" your piece focused on isn't entirely accurate for QVCs niche market. QVC needs to read the suggestions on their website forum and Facebook pages thats what they need to focus on for better success!!! The same complaints that have been voiced for yrs but ignored by QVC thats why they are really struggling
The only clothes I would consider buying would be from Denim and Company. Some of the hosts they have now are very obnoxious, so I hardly watch it anymore.
If the US are like the U.K. their postage cost are absolutely ridiculous They want almost £6.95 to post a bag and yet you go on to the main site that makes the bag it’s free postage. Also the food delivery is just mad. A lot of the presenters are rude. They keep on interrupting the guests who are trying to sell their product.
QVC sent Shawn to London with the Slatkin candle guy, in which I thought was rediculous. And the picture she posted on her page of her holding his feet looked suspicious. Just to sell a fricking candle. Her husband must be a fool or he just doesnt care.
I am so over QVC. Amazon does put them to shame on many of their items (unless they are products made only for QVC sales). And when it comes to over priced food items like steaks, bakery, overpriced cheesecakes, super expensive hams and BBQ items...do you really need that rather rotund guy doing his happy dance and licking his lips to convince you it tastes good??? You will never see a host say anything bad about some of the stuff they try to sell you. After all they are snake (and food) oil salesmen (and women).

I remember former host, Lisa Mason, was very honest, shed say things like, if you're petite this item isn't best suited for you, we have items we will present later on better suited for petites. I always appreciated her honesty. Now some of the host say things to puff up the product, then QVC wonders about returns! Returns are the result of POOR HOST PRESENTATIONS!
They recently started charging $1.99 to be sent a paper statement! And I never received a notice of this. I called to complain in a calm voice, respectful language. The customer service person sent me a link to pay online and I was pretty much hung up on. I had told her I was going to cancel my account.
I got one of these paper processing fees too from the same bank, but this was for a different card, Care Credit. I will no longer use the card out of principal. Outrageous!

I always preferred HSN over QVC. Their prices were better & I liked the hosts more. But now after HSN was sold, their prices are higher. Hardly watch or buy from either now.
HSN was the originator of home shopping. I remember when QVC was originally CVN, in the 80's. That's how long I started shopping with them. Colleen Lopez was a show host with the network, then she moved to Florida and started working for HSN.

Certain brands I now shop Amazon as well. Just recently a well known stereo company, an item was in wait list on QVC, but Amazon had it available and it shipped in one day. QVC is slower and slower in shipping orders. Amazon, if you pay their membership, yes it isn’t cheap, but my orders for the year more than pay for this charge - shipping is getting more expensive. Would love to speak with QVC management to express my thoughts and frustrations.

One of the biggest reason that qvc is losing business is the weird hosts that they have. Rachel doesn’t shut her mouth. The rep can’t even get a word in. Alberti is a phony. David sells items based on color. I could go on and on with the rest of the hosts.

They do not have innovative products anymore and they just keep turning out more and more junk from one or two brands that keep branching out into areas beyond their specialty. You know who you are. I don’t think a woman who designed cute pants is qualified to offer skin care one day out of nowhere. QVC used to go locate top skin care from skin care professionals, and clothing from clothing professionals not try to turn out as much crap as they can from a single name.
And their prices are way too high. What they were selling a new Apple iPad for two weeks ago was almost double the price I paid at Costco.

Not accurate. Here is the real scoop. QVC quality and prices are the reason sales have dropped. Items have become very expensive. Shoes, clothes and food in particular pricing is high. Also, the hosts are not knowledgeable and make mistakes. Lastly, they no longer have small gadget items, haven't seen a cookbook in years, pots and pans rarely, jewlery almost nonexistent. Can we get an all day st. PATRICK'S day event. QVC just look at old archives of your programming you can tell the difference right away. Lastly, dont make us buy 4 of an item when we only need one. If QVC laid off hosts to cut costs, then how are they bringing new hosts on board? Also, the costs of consumables has increased exponentially, but the quality of the products is low. The past few times I ordered consumable products, I've sworn I won't do it again. The hosts are dramatic while giving their reviews, and my assessment doesn't match it. I'm thankful that they credit my account and I don't have to hassle with returns.

QVC would never be like that. They were very professional and a step up from HSN. Everyone was always so professionally dressed and appropriate.The women hosts always so classic with their French manicures, now everyone’s looks like they’re going to some concert, rave or crazy party. When I watch QVC it is to shop and I appreciate an honest opinion. The hosts many times contradict themselves when going from product to product which really feels dishonest. I also wonder why hosts are designing now. If money is tight why would QVC go to England to interview Elton John? …or why are they courting “stars” that are now “skin experts”. QVC from time to time offers great deals and that’s wonderful. Thank you

Prices way up, quality way down and shipping costs make the item not worth the added cost was the reason I quit shopping on those channels a few years ago.....I know costs and prices are even worse now. I foresee them going by the wayside just like many of the retail stores are.

Yes I still shop…. Clothes and shoes have definitely declined and I no longer purchase. When they have sales clearance and free shipping, it is worth shopping for gifts. Kitchen and skin care on deals are most of my purchases. I have Lol made a no spend January and possibly no spend year. This would include QVC AND HSN. I used to be a HUGE QVC shopper and I have cut down significantly. Their quality assurance no longer exists. I ordered 2 food items recently and 1 came with the food out of the packaging and frozen to the dry ice (and it was even the wrong item) and the second I received an empty cooler. When I called to get my money back the customer service rep said to you want to reorder. I said are you kidding me? They also got rid of some great hosts and hired younger, dopey people, and one in particular acts like she's drunk in a bar all the time. I did not buy any Christmas presents this year from them as most of their merchandise is women's clothes and 95% of the people I buy for are male. It used to be a great place to shop with all kinds of merchandise and now its 95 percent women's clothes and beauty items.

I am not interested in shopping channels like QVC. I have bought lots from the Q in the past. High, high orices and loss of my fav items are to blame. The shipping costs are another reason. I just received 4 items, cosmetics, all ordered together, and 4 shipping fees on one small box and one envelope. My linens are gone. My pots and pans are gone. It Cosmetics seem to be leaving. Reasonable prices on clothing are gone. So, I guess, am I. Oh yeah, reasonable prices on jewelry are gone.
QVC is too expensive. I can't afford to pay $70 for a blouse , pant etc. I have bills to pay and food to buy. Susan Gravers clothes are all poly and overpriced. Can't stand how she is constantly talking over the hosts and constantly saying "It's so cute, It's fab etc etc." She's being pushy. Denim and Co used to be a good brand , affordable and stylish. Not any more.
Oh, and I’ll probably get a letter canceling my card also because if it’s lacking in quality, BACK it goes! I refuse to pay high dollar for JUNK! If they cancel me…cool….husband would be on cloud 9 😂
I watched and bought for years but I stopped when they turned on the best hosts and brought in the new ones. We are not stupid and can see with our own eyes what they did as far as hosts are concerned. We know exactly why they brought in some of the new ones. QVC caved like so many other businesses. I was done.
I’ve been a QVC shopper for about 30 years. I never buy clothes there anymore- the prices are just way too high. I miss the product lines that have disappeared. I still buy some of my skincare and cosmetics there- they have much lower prices than the department stores for the same products when they are on sale. I use Philosophy and Elemis, which are high end, so the QVC specials are really helpful, and auto delivery whenever possible. I only use the app now, I can’t remember how many years it’s been since I actually watched on TV.
QVC SUCKS NOW! Quality nope. Value nope. Customer service nope. Buh bye QVC!
Used to enjoy buying denim& company the clothes were affordable and they would have set now you have to buy everything separate and it’s more expense. As for Susan graverclothes same thing very expensive can go to my local shop and get better quality. So how many face lift has she had Jane on now and she talking and talking ha ha
I miss the Bose products JBL ETC I have to watch it on you tube never see the electronics on tv anymore it’s changed the 90’s they had the Crosley and Thomas reproduction radios loved it great deals miss the old days of QVC.
They have an easy return policy which I appreciate.
Quality and good deals made me continue to purchase from these channels. Poor quality, higher prices and outrageous shipping costs made me stop shopping there. This shopping experience is costly and outdated, time to move on without them.
I’ve been shopping at QVC since the 1990’s to present. I have been disappointed a few times these past 5 years with products I have ordered from them. Yes they were better and cheaper some years ago. But even though I shop on Amazon mostly because of its expedite delivery tactics, I still like QVC.
Again, high prices and low quality, SLOW returns with no replacements available as advertised. Products are pushed by hosts as if the items are the greatest product ever and more often than not, they are awful. These newer hosts look like they are going to the gym half the time, no class any more. The need to take a step back To before THEY BECAME WOKE. ( Like kicking Mike Lindell off). SICK
QVC has changed so much and miss the show Hosts that have been there so long I do most of my shopping on Amazon now I get product cheaper and faster and earn credit when I shop and add it to my next Oder and get a good discount. Every order keeps me updated on delivery time and not keep me guessing. And most time I get my order a lot sooner I had an order due to come on December 23 but it came on the 18 of December . I don’t think I will be shopping at QVC any more.
I’ve noticed that the styles are ugly and nothing is below $40 unless it’s on clearance. I always have to return the shoes, they should be tried on before purchase.
It’s difficult to listen to them praise a sweater for 10 minutes!

QVC has gone down hill. And prices have gone sky high. My account is paid in full and closed. Not like it was in the 80's and 90's. All the good hosts are gone.
QVC has become the world's most boring, never changing, hard-sell nonsense. The sales pitches are relentless hard-sell and frankly, who needs it. Just give accurate data about a product and shut up. That's when I consider maybe I might need the item. Then I sleep on it. I probably don't buy or.. I check for cheaper prices elsewhere. QVC is just so annoying I haven't actually watched it in years. I did watch back 25 years ago. I was a big Barbara Bixby and Honora fan. Both are gone.
