Police have the capability of using lethal force when their life is in danger, not whenever they feel like.
Try doing a run without losing any of the car parts by colliding, and obviously without resets. Very difficult, but possible, except for the mob chases, don't even bother trying it on these levels. (Edit: by "don't lose the car parts", i meant that the side mirros stay on thr car, and bumbers don't hang from it.)
the end part of the game where that astonmartin starts going mach10 is the best part of the game without a doubt also the 10% cut of 25million is still BS
I really wonder how Isuckatdriving finished the game on Extreme Difficulty without crashing or losing and also the opponents were all T6 or T5 cars if I'm correct
ISAD's playthrough wasn't a single attempt though, when they crash they just restart the race.. you can see it in Stage 4 I think with the Veyron SS, they put a couple of outtakes in there
