But the peering to the US/EU sucks hard.... so its a joke
That internet cafe is so lit, dude. Eating while playing👌

It's so cool that Korea still have this PC culture. I miss the late 90's and early 2000's when Internet cafes / PC clubs used to be everywhere.
Every time I see Jay, I immediately think of Eric Nam😅
Iyan Ariya same tho
tbh
DUDE RIGHT?
Iyan Ariya fact 💯
I would legit travel to Korea just so I could experience this. Here in Brazil back in 2006 we had internet cafes that had CS 1.6, it was so much fun to play on lan, it's a whole new experience when you are near your friends and that's why I feel like other countries could come back with this. Good PCs with accessible prices, that would be so nice.
I could imagine myself sitting there comfortably, eating, and watching kdramas.
I really like the setup of Korean Internet Cafés, will definitely add this to the list of places to go when I visit Korea! 🙆🏻♂️
I should probably stay here and sleep so I could save up with hotel accomodation expense lol kidding

I love these videos! I didn’t know you could order food at PC bangs haha Thanks for making these and introducing the different places that Koreans frequent in their daily lives! How about making one on the roadside stalls (the ddeokbokki stands or stalls serving soju like the ones we see in Korean dramas where the female lead gets wasted and the male lead goes to her rescue HAHAHAHAH)? Thanks Jay!!!
Yeahh!! & most of the time those stalls are in a tent. lol😂😂 That's something unique for me when I saw it in a Kdrama fr the first time.
that wasted and rescue part cracked me up lol
I swear Korea has so much cooler things than the U.S like what the...

Honestly the meal choices and menu in these internet cafe can rival some of the local restaurants I have here in the philippines. This is honestly amazing!
That's it, I'll pack my stuff and live in a Korean internet cafe.
Oh god thank you for making these kinds of survival guides for people who are coming to Korea! 😄
Totally heaven if you're a gamer. I want to experience it too. Here in the Philippines we just have a limited choices of food as because many complains if the mouse and keyboard are too wet with stuffs from foods. I can stay in that kind of cafe for more than 10hrs. I'm dead serious.
I guess this could be one of the cheapest way to travel korea...no need for booking hotels...just stay in pc bang for fun and food stuff and go to jimjilbang for taking a bath 😆😆...just got the idea after watching your video...I wonder if Korean league does have some english translation they're all written in hangul...I wanna play korean LOL..

Just a btw, if you´re planning on going to a PC bang in Korea, the games will usually just be on the Korean server and to create a user on a Korean server you usually need an alien registration card. So it can be kind of hard to play games like LOL etc.
All you need to know about Korean Internet Cafe:
Wifi is freaking fast.
When can we have internet cafes like this in the philippines?
And when can our internet get fast enough?

It’s so affordable there damn, in Sweden 10hours during the night cost us approx $30-35 and food is hella expensive. A double toast for $6 and monster energy drinks for $4....All of my friends has stopped going to PC Bangs and instead built their own custom pc’s. I wanna try the ones in Korea though.
Damn, thats so awesome, here in Greece we just tell the internet cafe's employee our account's name and how much hours we want and he opens us in a pc we choose.. every pc has a different number
It comes when Koreans have to do important things because the Internet speed is faster. (such as ticketing) especially on the day of ticketing at EXO or BTS concerts, there are a lot of girls.
In my country we have internet cafes (even though it's not as booming as 10 years ago), but I think South Korean internet cafes are on a whole different level. Definitely will check them if I visit South Korea (the food is a very nice service).
This internet cafe is very interesting since I don't have that in my country and I am fasting right now ( if you don't know what that means it's when you don't eat or drink from sunrise to sunset ) and when they started I just wanted to eat so bad my mouth started watering🤣🤣♥️♥️♥️
Yeah, fasting too and this looked amazing.
Hasooni yeah ikr
Those PC Bangs are a life saver for expats in Korea. It makes it easy to stay connected, not only to where you need to get to in Korea, but also back home. The only downside? All the damn cigarette smoke. My face experienced serious skin damage over the many hundreds of hours I had spent in them.
RIP Keyboards with all of those kids pouring coke or something else over it :D
they will have to pay for it or they will get scolded
I found it was wonderful, I have the goal, when I grow up, to create a minimum similar to Korea in my country, Brazil.

Here in the philippines, internet cafes charge 10-20 pesos per hour of usage which is like 20-30 cents but they're not as fancy like Korean ones.
You play Teemo?! Unforgivable!! Jk xD (Btw, flash on D or F?)

I have a few questions, You don't have to answer all of them 😅
1) In the computer, can you change the language? Or like when you go in the game? Or is it all Korean?
2) I've seen vids where people play pub g there, do a lot of Koreans play pub g?
3) what is the most game played there?
4) Can you order McDonalds?
5) Do the computers come with headset or do you have to bring your own?
6) Can you download more games? Or just the ones that come in ?
7) What are the most insults you will get in-game, most likely ?
Hello, I reside in korea and can answer most of these questions.
1. Yes you can change the language, you just have to go through settings and when the pc is restarted everything resets.
2. Yes, a ton of koreans play pubg
3. League of Legends, pubg, dota
4. Nope but I wish you could 😂
5. The pc bang has a headset for every computer, however depending on the pc bang you might want to bring your own since it could be uncomfortable
6. Yes you can download more games, just when you restart the pc everything will go away
7. I'd say as long as you dont understand Korean you dont need to worry about the insults 😂
Hope this helped :)

u don't need to worry about their language just study hard.
I think culture would be a bigger problem if you're not East Asian...
Nice video, but you have to keep in mind that foreigners that dont live or just travelled to Korea for vacation cant create an account and get ID, and also they cant buy food from there from the online shop, thats what i experienced last time i was there
That's a bummer

Caleb Fuller its all fun till you gotta go to school
When I was studying in Korea I went to a PC Bang and omg they are amazing. The only downfall was that almost every game required an IPIN Log-in or Korean SS# so I had to pay for a LoL account lol. The ping there is insanely fast and the food omg. However, it did smell like cigarettes a lot, it had a distinct smell but I still loved the PC Bang!
Do the computers have the option to change to English??
I think you can change the typing to English but that's about it
It's time to learn Korean I would say xd
I never knew about this 🤩🤩🤩 thank you for the recommendation☺️💛💛 I’m definitely going there when I visit 👍🏼👍🏼
No wonder Miyawaki Sakura from IZ*ONE claimed Korea pc bang as her home after she came for the first time ㅋㅋㅋㅋ The place is so nice and they have lots of foods
That's pretty good for an internet cafe and no wonder the Korean play so active in gaming.
When I was in high school in Istanbul I always used to go to a specific internet cafe (which is similar to this one with good food and really high quality pc) to play overwatch because I didn’t have a good enough pc to support the game and since there wasn’t a lot of girls I was getting some stares at the beginning but then I was like their no1 customer so it I was really comfortable. But I wonder in Korea do girls go to internet cafes? Or is it like an unusual thing for girls to go to internet cafes?
Females also can go PC bang. Not weird at all.
10%?
We have this in Malaysia but we call it Cyber Cafe except we don't have the staff that send you food😂...Only snack and other things is we don't pay using card just manually cuz mostly the customers is around 10 and above...I miss this back in the days when I was 14 I used to come to play games and give an excuse to my mom I want to do a group work😂
Lol same
Here in Philippines you can play for 5hours with just $1
Cheap af. Full spec on the pc?
Depends on the cafe, but mostly its that cheap and the wifi and specs are good enough.
__ some of internet cafes have good specs. They can run recent games like Apex and Battlefield 5. I cant remember the specs because i havent gone into an internet cafe for like 6 months. But some that are just cafes you see on the streets are budget PCs since most filipinos play CrossFire, Rules of Survival and like PUBGM emulator.
Sona main here, lol! Next time I go to Korea I'll make sure to check out the PC cafe's 😊!
"Basically u can live here"
Ar u kidd me?!
Im poor :')
Went to singapore and rented a pc just across our hotel. Found a guy sitting on a sofa chair(not the usual chairs they're using) with a lot of cup noodles and empty bag of chips around his desk. Not to mention the slice bread and coffee maker he also has. Got me like wtf. Grew up in a pc bang as well here in our country so i know the usual instant noodles and and chips but jesus a coffee maker? The guy must be living there.
Internet cafe in indonesia allows you to smoke inside! 😂😂😂 its one of the features which might not be good but still is there

Many young Koreans visit PC bang after they drink alchol until 2~3am. After playing game they take a first bus or subway at 5~6am and go back to their home
So no one's gonna talk about how he looks like Ricky from Ireland Boys productions wtg
I went to S.Korea for the first time two weeks ago and I can say the PC cafe's are crazy on Saturday nights. It was fun, but very confusing with the whole set up with the info
This is heaven for me. I only love two things game and food and its here and its not even expensive
Im still not ready for this level of heaven
Its been like this in the philippines with internet cafes since 2008. I tell you me and my classmates would just go here for the whole day rather than going to class.
There's one BANG-PC in Singapore, and I just say it wasn't as luxurious as the video but definitely one of the best I've been to. Very clean and friendly staff, highly recommended!!
There are similar PC cafes in Singapore that offers food too but it doesn't come close to Korea's...

This reminds me of the North American internet cafe boom during the Counter-Strike era. Too bad most of the cafe's died off because they refused to upgrade their computers. But they were truly great times for gamers while it was popular.
As a Korean living in America this makes me really jealous! The PC Bang over here (california) is like $3 an hour sometimes and the special deals can rack up to 30 sometimes 40 USD!
Aw. That's so expensive for an hour
Wow PC bang evolved so much than before when I visited in 2000s and 2008-2011

Philippines has some "Computer Shops" that also has many computers for any people to use and"Computer Shops" in the Philippines is mostly 20% For paperworks if you have to do some typing for your gonna sign in to you job and 5% is for watching movies or RUclips if you dont have a computer,We go to "Computer Shops" because sometimes we need to apply for our job and get all the files done
And 75% of people go their to play games because alot of Filipinos love to play online games
You can print some files or projects if you want because a Computer shop is basically Printer/PC......
I was amazed when I saw this video because this explains the differwnce between Korea and Philippines,In this video we all saw that you can order food from your seat, well in Philippines you cannot do that because you literally have to go outside of the Computer Shop and buy whatever food you want in the nearest food shop and you will lose you place on the Computer Shop because if you go outside the Computer Shop that means your time is over and you left even if your time is not yet over........
Philippines is not as hi-tech as Korea and korea has so many machines or devices that can do things for you sooo yeahh...............
I want to go there sometimes to see what is really the diferrence between Korea and Philippines and I know there is so many diferences between those two countries but I just want to visit
When i was 16 years old (back in 2002), there were a lot of these in Spain. They were called Ciber (Cyber in English lol) Later, people just bought their own computers, so they died out almost completely. It sucks because they were great place to meet people. I moved to the US in 2004 and they had some there too, but where i lived many of them closed also after a few years.
Try TNC or MINESKI and more quality cheap "Computer Shops" in the Philippines they are really cheap. And the connection is lit too.

The internet café ( Orange ) that I usually visit is sad compared to this lmao. Keyboards with keys missing, computers that freezes often, dirty keys and mouse and most people that use the appliances here never take care of it. 😷. Hopefully one day I can visit a PC bang in Korea hahaha
Wow, way better than the gaming cafes we have here in Toronto. The price is doubled, no food, and it's way more dirty.
wow i wish we had places like this in the US. All the is up to date yet it is still so cheap. it said 3000 won for 2 hours and 20 minutes which is only like 3 dollars. And the food was so cheap as well
