Who knew that the guy who taught me cubing would be who I would find while looking for tips to adjust my violin posture to address persistent left-arm tension!
I feel so much comfortable without any shoulder rest...I do not use my shoulder at all. Only collar bone: free neck, free shouder and you can rotate back and foward your shoulder blades. No marks on neck, no indentation on fingers.
