Hello. I had made eps foarm board. But when i glassing board with composite glue, eps foarm was burn. Do you meet this problem. How to solve this problem. I had bought alot of composite glue. Thank you so much
Never to long to pick up knowledge of the creative art of board making. Thanks for the tips but I'll stock to poly resin.its smoother in my opinion and makes for a better ride especially if you enjoy barrel surfing.
Thumbs up!!!.. Hey I noticed while prepping the XPS you had handled the foam with bare hands. Yet you cannot clean the foam with Acetone cause it will dissolve the foam. So apparently you do not clean the board before glassing it?

If you use a pigment to color the Epoxy what is it exactly? And could a board be painted 1st then be fiberglass done if you wanna paint it . Or do you resin and glass it then paint then clear resin over the whole board?
in germany i can only find it in sizes of 100g/m2, 163g/m2 and 290g/m2 (and upwards). according to online unit-conversion tools this is somewhat in between 4 or 6oz. can you give me any advice on this?
i'm currently building my second mini-malibu (started after / inspired by your last series) and i was thinking on doing 2 layers of 163g/m2 top and bottom each.

You mentioned polyester resin. Wouldn't polyester resin melt the foam?
yes to eps foam, no to xps foam. to be save always test on small pieces of material
krizBrand didn't know that, was about to order some epoxy resin. But now that you say that I'm going to test some scrap pieces with some poly resin I already have. Thanks dude, hope it'll work.

Bouring, slow, if you are going to make an instructional video do it with less talking and providing where people can get those tools. The only thing i learned from so many video chapters is spraying with water the polyurethane glue to activate . Nothing else. People get boring. Awful i am Unsuscribed
