I review and test the Nextorch TA30C Strobe Tactical Flashlight and I'll show you why I think this RED DOT AWARD WINNING flash light has some great controls and why I LOVE the battery options. ★ Buy on Amazon: geni.us/nextorchta30c ★ Nextorch storefront: geni.us/nextorch
To bad They didn't add common built-in USB-c Charging Port Avoiding having constant R&R-ing The Battery to Be Recharged Over & Over, Aside from THAT,..a Killer Flashlight & a First Class Review, ..THANK Youuuu for That🙂
I wanted to make one, I think it has been done but not by a manufacturer. Since we're talking about LED car lights...seen my other channel? www.carlightreviews.com
I find it so ridiculous how light companies give their flashlight weights with NO battery. Does anyone carry a flashlight without a battery?! It gets old trying to find the real weight of such lights with batteries in them. About the light itself, I'm just not impressed. And why do I have to try to find what the candela ratings are? Don't they count? The Nitecore 23i is a MUCH better light for tactical and practical use IMO.
Ha! That's a fair point...why mention the weight of a useless flashlight? I just weighed mine...5.2 oz. Tell me...why are you not impressed with the light? Only curious. Thanks for the suggestion on the Nitecore 23i. I like Nitecore, I'll check it out again. Interested in seeming me to a video on it? Your comment reminds me of an old joke. What is the definition of a flashlight? A tube used to carry dead batteries in. 😂
@@handheldlightreviews "Tell me...why are you not impressed with the light? Only curious." That's a fair question. There are things I really like. I like the glass breakers. Having reached a car accident and the two people inside needing help, fortunately I had a glass breaker that got medical help to the people, so such items on a light is a VERY good thing. For its size, it has a respectable candela rating. I read it's even higher than they list. The turn knob is great for selecting the lumen output you want. There are other things I like too. I read the selector ring is too easy for it to move when it's in your pocket and by slight unintended hand movement. Any flashlight with no 'walls' that protrude up on both sides of the button, gives no protection from accidentally hitting the light on. If you want turbo to stay on with one click....it has to be in high mode only. The full click gives strobe to stay on, not turbo. The lumen selections I guess are reasonable. You have to be sure to order the battery too or else...you ain't getting one. OK, looking at it again....I'm more impressed.
@@Mitchdvetter Good question! I just weighed the batteries. The Nextorch battery that I show in this video is 1.9 oz. However, two Surefire CR123 batteries are 1.1 oz. This might be why they don't list weight with battery, because it can vary based on what people choose to install.

Are there noticeable weight differences across batteries?

@@handheldlightreviews wow, thanks for doing that. I’m glad it was a worthwhile question.
