That is because that is what a flash mob is! A flash mob is a large group of people gathering together to dance openly and not in sync.
This was not a flash mob! It was a staged outdoor performance and each person that joined in knew each other and you could tell by two reasons. The first being synchronicity; way too in unison to be a flash mob. Secondly they all had on the same shirts underneath. So this was just an outdoor performance.
