  • To everyone who’s felt let down by their own body despite giving it their all: I see you. I’ve been there too, battling unexplained symptoms and feeling defeated. But a shift in perspective changed everything.
    By treating my body as an ally, not an adversary, and tuning into its unique language, I completely changed my body and my health. Being in-tune with my body is a whole new way of living for me, after decades of dissociation from it. But I really do live this work.
    Try this 5-minute body scan meditation to connect with your body, understand its needs, and respond with kindness.
    1. Find a quiet spot and sit or lie down comfortably.
    2. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and focus on your toes. Gradually move your attention up to your head.
    3. Notice any sensations without judgment.
    4. When you find tension, breathe into it, bringing relaxation with each exhale.
    5. Reflect on the experience and express gratitude for your body.
    This exercise helps you connect with your body and understand its language.
