I've discovered these 'Front Row Joe' shorts on the Preshow69 RUclips channel. They early ones have nice animation, and are pretty fun for the most part. However, 14:06 was when the animation looks REALLY bad. After that, they went all GC, and lost some the charm of the older shorts .
I wish we could see Front Row Joe and pals back at Cinemark. I know he shows up randomly in their promos, but I wish they'd make a new animated promo like the ones in the late-80's-90's. Their current promos I think are poorly produced("I heard the aliens look just like-pepperoni pizza?" comes to mind). EDIT: Is 13:59 the Disney VHS announcer? EDIT 2: The Cinemark XD logo with the Unicorns started in 2017, not 2014, I first saw that before Power Rangers (2017).
He's still around, but only in a few promos. I remember seeing one with him and Popcorm Penny in 2017 when I saw either "Monster Trucks" or "A Dog's Purpose", I think he was flying a plane, but I only saw it at the concession stand.
I started to go to Cinemark in 2016(there was mostly Regals in my area at the time), but I did go to a RAVE Motion Pictures(who Cinemark owns now) in 2011 for a Pokemon movie.
Cinemark is in Boca Raton (not that far from my home), Boynton Beach and few Floridian counties but still closed in the middle of pandemic and AMC is jerks now because they refuse to playing Universal Studios movies and still showing overrated MCU movies (No offense to the fans of MCU movies)

Yes they did! I remember seeing them many times at my local Cinemark theater between 2016-2018.
