Ya, i just got a 36 inch long 12 gallon. It is about 8.5 inches front to back. Bought a stand for 40 gal breeder that is 18 inches front to back, so will have about 5 inches extra on front and back. Oh well, safe place to put my coffee cup! This hobby is expensive to get started, then cost goes down unless you keep buying tanks! I will set my limit at two, plus small plastic bins as needed for quarantine or fry. Let’s see if i can stick to it.
for my 50g's I painted the 2 x 4's black enamel paint on the bottom to look like a metal stand. Left the white pine slab natural, looks good. Had to sand the top like crazy but it was worth it.. Slab is 20" wide.
I just made my own for my 50g's. It is cheaper, looks better and more sturdy. I have a lot of ruff cut boards though. I made 3 for the 50's. One with tree trunk legs for my 20g tank. Looks good and free wood. use 2" thick top. Nice and level. looks rustic and Cheap
Hi, I have 2 goldfish in 30L aquarium but I don't know what kind are. One is white and has big long fins and other is gold and thick, both of them have frown significantly since I got them 1 year/9 months ago. How can I identify what they are?

You could look up goldfish breeds and choose images on google
Way to small for goldfish, if you still have these fish I hope you have got them in a pond now they can get 12" and live 30+ years
😎 cool
any flat surface that will hold the weight !
I put my 10 Gallon on a folding table and it has completely warped the table...
