Zwei Girls vom roten Stern (French title: Duel à la vodka; English title: An Affair of States) (1966) is a German-French espionage satire film from the height of the East-West conflict directed by Sammy Drechsel. The plot is based on a novel by Peter Norden and satirically depicts a disarmament conference in Geneva.
The two characters duelling each other are Dave O'Connor (representing the US at the conference) and Colonel Olga Nikolajewna (representing the USSR at the conference).
