Zwei Girls vom roten Stern (French title: Duel à la vodka; English title: An Affair of States) (1966) is a German-French espionage satire film from the height of the East-West conflict directed by Sammy Drechsel. The plot is based on a novel by Peter Norden and satirically depicts a disarmament conference in Geneva.
Dave O'Connor (Curd Jürgens), who represents the US, and Colonel Olga Nikolajewna (Lilli Palmer), representing the USSR, have just duelled each other with vodka (Olga won). This is the morning after.
