    Hops were harvested on June 5-13, and the remaining bines were cut back at the ground level on June 20. New shoots are already growing back.
    Year 1 Spring: Feb 18 - June 26, 2020
    Year 1 Fall: June 27 - Nov 18, 2020
    Year 2 Spring: Feb 15 - June 18, 2021
    Year 2 Fall: June 22 - Nov 4, 2021
    Year 3 Spring: Feb 21 - June 14, 2022
    Year 3 Fall: June 16 - Oct 6, 2022
    Year 4 Spring: Feb 15 - June 13, 2023
    Year 4 Fall: June 20 - Oct 19, 2023
    This is a research hopyard at the UF/IFAS Gulf Coast Research and Education Center in Balm, Florida. We use LED supplemental lighting to control the timing of flowering. In this experiment, we are comparing two trellis designs (straight trellis vs V-trellis) at three heights (12, 15, and 18 ft).

      Thank you so much for following up! Yes, they grow back immediately after the spring harvest. The fall harvest is schedule for early October!
