When one converts they need to remember they are converting because that is the will of Hashem and it is done for the sake of heavens and not for the sake of reward. A true convert just wants to do the will of Hashem and be close to Hashem for eternity

They are two types of converts,1 to add it making 10 because of there past life one of there parent was Jewish the other wasn't so they receive the real Jewish mind that comes from the 600thsd souls,the other converts they converted because they believe in G-d and wanted to follow the Jewish law instead of the noahide law.you need to have the oral law as a blessing before talking about this topic this topic is too deep to understand remember Adam was not a Jewish person too.
I don’t know who you are or whatever kind of problems you have. You should know that HaShem (God) is everywhere and He hears and knows everything. You can cry to HaShem to help you if you are in an emergency situation. It is very good to say the prayer Shema Yisrael in emergency situations. What you can also do to help yourself from the suffering before we have Moshiach is to learn a lot of Torah and do overwhelming kindness (preferably Torah related kindness such as giving people CDs with lectures). I hope HaShem will take care of you.
What I want to say to other people who watched and did nothing, is that you should learn from the mistake of Noach with his flood that he caused. He was the only righteous person left on earth, and he could have rebuked the people at the time and made them change their ways, so the flood would not have to happen. Don’t do nothing.

I have question.- what kind of punishment will it be for non Jewish who don’t convert right away when they realize that Judaism is the truth ?
The punishment will be that once they want to convert it will come with a lot of difficulties and heart-ship
bare in mind, not all non Jews need to convert, some become Noahides and follow the 7 laws of Noach
