Salut, mon ami - monsieur le chef de cuisine: Today's culinary adventure (shared with us) proved absolutely delightful! A markedly broad splay of composed dishes, each of which sparkled before you sent it forth. Even the white serving plates shone all the more brightly as you re-polished them one by one. And the array of sauces -- nuanced, complex, properly colorful, often flanked by fresh green salads -- would surely have satiated the most discriminating of palates. Bravissimo! As noted, I have this week completed and submitted for publication in-depth reviews of dinner at Alinea (Chicago) and at Le Saint-Amour (Quebec City). Both noteworthy experiences -- though each strikingly different from the other. Two intimate dining excursions -- worlds apart!
Thank you Doctor, your insights are always appreciated and I love getting feedback like this, it’s helpful and makes me feel proud. Hopefully your dining experience at Michelin restaurant would have been outstanding.
I absolutely love your videos. 1 hour in the kitchen is Heaven for me. Thank you for this video. I would like to recreate your shrimp chicken sausage and mushroom dish. I am nowhere near you. I'm in the Virgin Islands in the caribbean. I would love to recreate your dish. Can you ever give us a tutorial on how to make that beautiful delicious-looking pink sauce?
Hey guys, I think it's time for tutorial video. Mr Brown obviously knows what he's doing. So now we need to get hip to the flavors. Come on Mr Brown. 😊😊😊
I think a tutorial would be an excellent idea. I’ve been wondering what that meat is that you add to the dish with bleu cheese crumbles and mushrooms. Is it Italian sausage? And what Italian pasta restaurant is playing Pink Floyd? 🤔
The sauce does look pink on my screen. I hope it is pink in real life. Lol! I don't care what color it is, I know from where I'm add it looks delicious.
I'm re-watching this about month later while cooking in my own kitchen. You're my inspiration Chef Mr. Brown.
Thanks 🙏
1 hour of kitchen heaven!
Yeah 😄
Everything is so professional and the food is beautiful looking!
Thank you Chris
