I work as a swim teacher and trust me when I say you have an excellent talent for breaking down technical concepts into digestible advice. You're a natural coach/teacher/mentor and I'm definitely subscribing. I'll watch any weapons guide you put out going forward, these are gold. If there is any justice in the universe you'll become one of the most well-known Tekken RUclipsrs by the end of the year. I'm rooting for you, man!

@@NewWaveTEKKEN Another thing, I really appreciate how well edited the whole thing is and how you give visual prompts of exactly what buttons to press and when. You don't just say a bunch of random Tekken jargon over gameplay footage like some other guides do, which is so helpful on your part.

I have character specific folders where I save all your videos per character, for my main, old main, and any character I plan on mastering in the future, like Victor. If you decide to redo these types of videos I'd like to offer the suggestion to append the patch version to the end of the video name, so everybody will know which patch the video is covering, as well as being able to easily search for them. I'm going to try to remember to drop your channel name more on streams I visit too. If you're in college, I hope you're taking a class where you can get extra credit, or you can use one or all of these videos as a large project - These are very good, and commercial level quality. I wouldn't be surprised if you were a teacher or college instructor either.

Things were moved around and updated to accommodate the patch so this video is in align with patch 1.05. Unless I missed something which is possible. As I release new stuff I'll talk about the changes as I go, anything I missed/etc. I enjoy making these videos, and I do think about how I can use them to show my editing skills in other ways. The best Victor's begginners guide I've watched. Practical and explains the thinking behind of using each moves. I started playing Victor without watching any guides at first through self learning. Good to know that most moves that I recognize as good got highlighted . I learn something from this guide. Thank You 🙂
I just picked up Tekken and this is absolutely the BEST video I've come across and I really looked through a ton. Simple without being too confusing for new players and concise where it doesn't run an hour long and even throwing in "here's how you can use this" along with the superb editing. Good job man. There is everything, it's clear, it's precise, you show input, you show combo path, this is tremendously perfect for beginner like me. Special mention to double show combos. And I feel really lucky over the two char you did a guide on rn, there is my man Lars wich I choose as a main bc he's so cool

Hey, I really love your video and I learned a lot from it. There is only 1 move that I don't know and it starts with Gringolet where Victor perform the 1st hit and after that he shifts into IAI stance and he start the hit from the start. Can you please explain that? Thanks for your help again. 😊😊
No problem! In order to get into Iai stance, press the inputs for Gringolet, but quickly hold down after to shift into Iai stance. Or you can press 3+4 for the shift. So it's Up Forward, 1 1. down, or Up Forward, 1 1, 3+4. Either way Victor will only complete the first hit and shift to stance.
