Hi, thank you for your message. I don't have a video for the double thread, but the second and third method are done in exactly them same way, with a doubled thread. I use a much finer thread for stitching than the stranded cottons, so i always use it double and i mainly use the second method, its my go to method of knotting.
Without a knot at the end of the thread 🧵 the thread at the opposite end of your needle 🪡 will just slip through the fabric . The knot is essential in the craft of sewing .
