amazing content! i love the editing and the raw fixing the car things format. i'm a defender owner aswell and i just love to see people fixing their own shit, the scheduled obsolescence will never catch up with the free spirits. thanks again for another great video!
Thank you Gustavo! I can’t afford the Defender if I’m not fixing it myself 😂, and to be honest I like it as well. It also helps on a journey like this to be able to take care of your gear and equipment.
Love this video of your trip threw Georgia lovely countryside views along that rout . And a very peaceful looking camping spot . What a great country to over land in . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :):)👍🏼
Hi lovers, 16:00 Next time use 4x4 mode. You have a Defender, but it seems you don't Know to drive it and this can be dangerous for you. Be careful!! That snow is really easy for this all terrain vehicle. But if you want a plus, you should buy a Jeep Cherokee XJ or a Wrangler. These are top. In any case, the old Defender is a really good car for your challenge. By the way, your videos are the best!!
Hey, thank you for the probs!! Regarding the driving there was not much i could do… A Defender has permanent drive at all 4 wheels, you can not switch to two wheel drive like in a Jeep. The best 4x4 system and all Differential locks reach their limits when all 4 tires are clocked up with mud or snow and loose traction. In this situation I had the tire pressure down, I had the central diff lock engaged and I was in low range. That’s the maximum you can do in a old Defender. (We do not carry chains) and we didn’t opt for aftermarket diff locks for the front and rear axle. Those are not available as stock from Land Rover. If I’m right only the Rangler Rubicon and the Mercedes G-Wagon are coming with three diff locks as standard. Which car to take on a journey like this is a difficult choice, I can say we’re pretty happy with what we got.
I believe this is caused by the sanctions against Russia, and due to the fact that the route through Ukrainian is not possible. So trucks/goods from the north east use Georgia and Turkey as an entry route into Europe.
RUclips has been suggesting your channel to me for while, while you were in Africa. Now I see you have got to South America so I started at Ep1. Now at Ep11 and think I will catch up to your current videos over the next couple of months. Looking good, I think I'll enjoy :) Thanks for sharing.
Wow! So happy you clicked on our channel 😃 welcome to the crew, it is beautiful and sometimes crazy 🙈 enjoy the episodes and let us know your favorite 😎
Haha thanks, i started at the age of 8 to disassemble everything in my reach, it took another 8 years until the reassembling also was part of the skill. And even today it took me 3 attempts until I had it Assembled right. It requires patience and there also was no room for mistakes 😂

Is this normal that there are so much Trucks waiting on the border to Turkey?
It looks like you held a chicken in your arm 😂

Great video and commentary. Clever change of clothes too😊
Thank you so much!! 🙏
Don't you just hate those squeaks and rattles that you cannot locate.

Always impressed with your mechanical abilities, especially when you rebuilt your alternator in the parking lot waiting to load your Defender.
