I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews about 12 mini and really make no sense. Because I have the 12 mini and using it 6:00-22:30 without the need to charge. On 5G I’m getting 5:30 on screen and on 4G slightly more than 7 hours ON SCREEN guys. That means some days I’m going to sleep with more than 50% after all day without charge. I’m impressed!
Been using the mini for a month now. Hands down best phone I ever used. Absolutely love the size and the speed. No issues with the battery life with how I’m using the phone. I’m using an iPad at home and iPhone when I’m outside/commuting/at work and this combo is great. For me, the Pro max is way too big and uncomfortable for a phone, and too small for a tablet. So, compromises everywhere. And for the price, you can get a 12 mini + new iPad. Both offering a better experience for me.

But I highly recommend that anyone who's interested in this phone but are worried about the battery to strongly consider buying it. That's only if you don't need a powerhouse of a phone. This is perfect for those who have no need for it, but want to enjoy the same performance as the other 12 models in a much smaller form factor.
I’d like a pro mini with 3 cameras, 6gb ram, 120hz Display and in-Screen fingerprint scanner. And if they make it thicker for a bigger battery there wouldn’t be an annoying camera bump. 🤷♂️ that would be an awesome phone!

I have the iPhone 12 mini and I don’t leave it on 5G when I use it I use LTE and I’ve gotten at least 6 hours 30 minutes and on WIFI I’ve gotten over 8 hours. I’ve been using my mini since launch day and been getting 6.5 -7.5 hours of screen time which is all day usage for me. Mostly RUclips, safari, mail, productivity apps, etc. One handed use all day. Love my mini. Real question tho, who uses navigation in their car while not charging? Now that’s dangerous
As a physically disabled person that rely's completely on a wheelchair for mobility. I find that the much smaller form factor, similar to the iphone 5 I think. Is just MUCH easier for portability and carrying. The smaller phones are just way easier to take in and out of pockets/bags etc.

When the phone is just using casual apps like any social media app or safari then it’s completely fine cause the cpu is barely doing anything and that’s where the optimization is. But when u FaceTime or game a lot the cpu has to actually work and that’s when the battery drains a lot.

That mini iPhone 12 is a real marvel of engineering of the current lineup, how they were able to cram all the circuitry, 5G antennas in that mini form factor and still retain similar level performance, Apple deserves a 👍 for that

I just got the iPhone 12 mini and I love it. I came from the original iPhone SE so it’s actually a upgrade in size and a huge difference in screensize.

I decided to swap my iPhone 12 Pro for the 12 mini ... I hesitated a lot and was not sure I made the right choice ... but quickly I loved the mini! Perfect size! It is never bulky to carry and easy to use with one hand. It is light and therefore pleasant to hold. I am happy with my choice!

I have purchased the 12 mini recently, and I love the form factor. Unless you use it as your primary video consumption or gaming device, you will appreciate the size.
If u use basic apps like social media or safari or anything like that the 12 Mini lasts just as long as the 12. But gaming and FaceTime (with auto eye detection and 1080p) will cause the cpu u run much more intensive and drain the small battery like crazy. I got the 12 mini and some days it has last 8-10 hours of screen on time. But then I would go on FaceTime for an hour and a half and it drops 30%.

This video was honestly helpful. I'm a mom and I'm tiny, not like super tiny but I use the Note 20 ultra and its too big for me and the battery life is actually worse than the iPhone you mentioned. I only used the phone for 2 hours and it went from 98% to 17%. I had iPhone before, the iPhone 4s I think and its battery life lasted me 14 hours and I used it a lot. So this phone is perfect for me. And I ordered one so hopefully this phone will work better😁 also, your funny!!!

This video was honestly helpful. I'm a mom and I'm tiny, not like super tiny but I use the Note 20 ultra and its too big for me and the battery life is actually worse than the iPhone you mentioned. I only used the phone for 2 hours and it went from 98% to 17%. I had iPhone before, the iPhone 4s I think and its battery life lasted me 14 hours and I used it a lot. So this phone is perfect for me. And I ordered one so hopefully this phone will work better😁 also, your funny!!!
