Do you need to buy Scandanavia in order to have access to this?
Yes, you'll need to have all the map DLCs for promods to work including Scandanavia.

@@chris205 Yeah, sadly you'll also need France, Italy, Beyond the Baltic sea and Iberia to run this mod.

You don't have to buy promods. You only need to buy the map DLCs which is worth it in my opinion.
