This is the flow that introduced me to Lesley. I always come back to it for a good challenge. May she rest in power and may her family be comforted by one another.
holy god this is easily one of the hardest classes ive done. 9.2 / 10 for intensity. Right from the get go its no mercy with heat building into standing poses like half moon, twisted triangle and twisted half moon. during cool down usually for lesley's more challenging classes its bridge into double wheel, but this time we do triple wheel after the first bridge. Thats right triple wheel (upward facing bow). LOL. great flow but you all arent ready. oh and there is also a head stand in here also. WOOO
This is the first class I did of Lesley's and I still come back to it after 5 years!

If it's too fast for you, you can change the speed from Normal to 0.5. THat will lengthening the time to approximately an hour or so, which is usually how long I'd like to practice my yoga. Hope this helps! Namaste

This is the best advice, thank you! I was about 13 minutes in and ready to quit, when I saw your post. I don't think it has anything to do with what level yogi a person is, as some of these posts imply. For me, it's just more of a question of preference for speed. I found the rest of the video to be immensely enjoyable, just slowed down to .75. I didn't even know that was an option until today. Thanks again!

Ah, i love this class! It is, indeed, very challenging but i believe that is what makes me keep on practicing it every week. After sticking with it for several times i came to notice how i am now able to do it with more ease( but still get sweaty). I adore to have you as a teacher not only because of the way you build up the classes but also because of the way your soothing voice is able to calm and make me think of nothing but the present moment and relax. I did not dare to do any headstands since a car accident. Today I did my first headstand in five years!!! Thank you so much, Lesley! I could follow most of the class despite some more advanced poses that I had to modify. My body is getting more flexible and stronger thanks to your wonderful videos. Villo Lelkes I'm so sorry to hear about your car accident. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and I have to be really careful about headstands too. When you're practicing headstand, normally 30% of the weight should be on your head and 70% of the weight on your arms and hands. But, because of the accident, you may want to decrease the amount of weight on your head...that's what I do...I try to keep it at 10 or 20%. I'm so glad that you're back to your headstands! Please be careful not to overdo it! I'm so happy to hear that you like the videos! Thank you!!!! Namaste! :-)

Phew, this was a hard one...! Especially now during the holidays when all we do is sit and eat. I couldn't do the bridge and back to standing, my spine isn't that flexible but luckily at my age you know your limits and you know how to push them gently ;-) Thank you for all your wonderful work and motivation to go on!

One of my classic favorites. Do this class at least once weekly. Love the heat building. Probably a better class for a more advanced practitioner as the pace can be hard for those needing a deeper understanding of the poses. As a teacher, I find it perfect. The heat I build allows me to really get into my practice. You are the best Lesley! Thank you

Once again, I overindulged today ... Mondays are really bad for me these last weeks ^^, I ate a lot, but that's ok I'm trying to be nice to myself. This video helps a lot to reconnect with my body and heat it up in order to feel better after eating too much. I'm really appeased now, body and soul.
This was the first Fightmaster Yoga I ever did. I'm very attached to this video, because it was the first to truly challenge me, I remember how impossible it felt that first time. I kept doing it anyways and eventually was able to do (almost) the whole thing without breaks! Thank you Lesley for showing me what I can do and being a huge inspiration to my practice and outlook, you really changed my life

I have been practicing with you for a very long time Lesley, and I keep going back to this class- it is absolutely my favorite! I let go of trying to "keep pace" with the faster portions of the flow, and find that I always seem to catch up if I just follow what you say. Thank you!

I have done Tara Stiles' videos for several weeks now but was looking for some longer flows. This was fantastic, Lesley. Thank you for helping me build my practice.
I know I post a looot of comments these days, but I can't help it : I'm in love with your channel ! It's amazing how each video make me feel so good, so present and so challenged !! I do a lot of progress with you. I think your classes are perfectly balanced, with a good savasana at the end, and always an amazing quote which give me a smile everytime. I had a good sweat with this one !! I'm feeling perfectly relaxed and purified, my body is screaming a big thanks now ;)
I loved this class! As a student, I love faster paced classes like this. As a teacher I've learned that the fast paced vinyasa sometimes isn't everyone's cup of tea. I guess I'm saying that I agree with both points of view of the other comments I read on this video. That being said, please please keep putting up these awesome heat building, fast paced classes.

Thank you very much! I was able to catch up only because I have studied a book about Ashtanga yoga, as well as practiced different sun salutations for a while now. It is quite fast, still, I think I understand why and the importance of the "flow".
I will definitely try out other tutorials!
Weronika Salach Yes, this one is faster to create lots of heat and to burn out impurities. I'm glad you enjoyed it! There are other classes that are slower if you prefer that...for example "yoga workout to twisted side crow" and "Yoga overhand grip" are slower flow classes. :-)

Day 7 of 90 days - I've strayed a bit from the 90 day videos as I was craving a longer practice. This did it! I struggle to produce enough heat in yoga to sweat. . . I was sweating through this practice! My favorite poses are pigeon and head poses these days. . . Namaste Lesley :)

I love how this flow builds up heat in the body, and I like the fast pace (even though it looks like a few people don't). Sweat is a form of detoxing too! Loved this one after Thanksgiving.
Wow, what a great practice! I think I did this one for the second time, but today I could get through every pose. Well, almost, as I am doing the 'preparation work' for the free-standing headstand, cannot get up yet... But I did a tripod headstand in addition, which I can meanwhile hold for about 2 seconds ;) In any case, this class made me feel very strong and energized for the day. Thank you!

If you do shift < you can slow down the video speed to 75%, 50% etc.... definitely helped us on this particular video.

Loved it! I live in Darwin NT, Australia and I no longer have a yoga studio that provides exactly what you gave me in this flow...it is the pace that I was used to in my Sydney studio. Sometimes your in the mood for yoga that is fast and will push you and to add to the heat created in my body I was in my non air con lounge room in the middle of the wet season! I was soaked with sweat :-)

Note shavasana is quite long (5+ minutes), so actual flow about 40+ minutes.
On September 1st: Really fast, tough and sweaty class from Lesley Fightmaster this morning :) It was a little too fast for me, but I did it anyway. I had to stop like 10 times to wipe the sweat off my face and arms...:) I really like that in the description of the video, it also has the sequence! :) It must be one of the earlier ones as there was no hands to the head to remind us.... But, I liked it, it was a serious workout for me. My plan or dream is to do ALL of Lesley's videos by the end of this year, so one down :)

Loved doing this video again as my practice has shifted and grown. Twists create length in my breath and body like no other pose :) The addition of a few balance poses, as well as the headstands definitely make this a favorite practice. Would love to see more balancing in some new videos! Namaste always

Just what I needed to start the day!
Lesley, your channel is very inspirational. As a university student, yoga can be incredibly difficult to afford even with student rates. It is great to find a place with proper and safe yoga to practice in the comfort of my home. I have thought a lot about rejoining a studio but your channel seems to provide me with everything I need, on a much cheaper budget! Much appreciated and I will be purchasing my new mat from lulu, thank you so much!
