    I was so lazy to cooking and after i started watching ur videos i ended up interesting in cooking. Ur videos inspired me to try new recipies. So far I made mashmellow pudding, kisses, nasigorang, chinese and egg roles and butter scotch all are ur recipies. All of them came out well as u explained so well. Hope to try more.     Aunty I made it today and it came out really well. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of making it! As you said, it requires a lot of patience. I am happy that I know how to make more puddings in addition to the staple Caramel pudding. All thanks to you. Love u aunty

    I just made this pudding recipe and turned out great. Also was my first time. A little too sweet for my taste. But I'll definitely make this again by cutting down some sugars. Very delicious though. Thanks for the recipe.

      Dear Anoma, when using the smaller tin of condensed milk, do we only reduce the quantity of gelatine? Don't we have to reduce the sugar too. Your reply will be much appreciated. Thank you.       For the custard,
      3 egg yolks
      1 large condensed milk 510g ( small tin 390g)
      1 1/2 tin of water
      For the butterscotch,
      75g butter
      3/4 cups sugar
      1/2 cup hot water
      5 tsp gelatin (4 tsp for small tin)
      1/2 cup water ( room temperature)
      3 beated egg whites

    I usually add gelatine into egg whites. It does not separate into two layers

    Can u clarify do u put water into the sugar to caramelise n if we can't get the big tins of condensed milk what's your proportion with the average tin

    Hi mom i made this pudding really it was tasty after I have put in dish it came 3 layer separate. what's the reason.?

      I think gelatine doesn't mix well with custard. That's why she said add small portion of gelatine in one time and mix well and then other.

      @@dishesdiary1378 of course but you have to add gelatin with cornflour. And you can also use agar agar (vermasili) instead of gelatin

    I made this but it was kind of soggy and gelatins smell when u adding the gelatine u dint keep the milk maid mix agn in fire ryt ?
