Remember to register your Ego products immediately and keep the receipt. Our battery died on our lawnmower and customer service was pleasant but did not replace the defective battery. It was just outside of the warranty window and they would not make any exceptions. Sad part about this was that we only used the mower about 60 times, over a 3 year period-the yard is 10x20, and then the battery died. Do your research and purchase wisely. Just sayin...
