    Does it work if I feel the nerves in my calves when I try to toe touch before actually feeling the hamstrings?

      @@somebodyoncetoldme1704 Ah yeah that is completly normal my friend, some people experience tight hamstrings, tight hips, tight calves or all 3. What might help is stretching your ankle in all directions and massaging your calves with your thumbs before the stretching routine. Let me know if you notice a difference.
