We had the same issue-the leak was coming from the drum. Since it was during COVID, we couldn’t get a new one right away, so we placed it outside and left the sensor high above the water. It worked throughout the entire COVID period, and eventually, we upgraded to a Miele.
@green-crocs-fixes1520 hi again, I think I poked a hole in the three way inlet valve filter. It was super blocked and I was trying to clean it. Do you think if I put a bit of flywire in the entry hole on the entry seal at the bottom of the door seal, that could be a working around? Thank you (I wish I could send you a photo of it)
@@jonlewislive Hi Jon, what is a 'three way inlet valve filter' or 'flywire' ? You can send your photo to here: facebook.com/profile.php?id=100094493410165 or twitter.com/greencrocsfixe1
