    In this episode, we discuss: the importance of being your authentic self and how it relates to feeling safe enough to speak up; the different channels of speaking up; coping mechanisms and why individuals sometimes adapt to a group even though they don’t want to; and how being open and honest can be beneficial.
    Our subject matter experts share their perspectives, as well as the perspectives of a small sample group made up on FESAN members, on what is working and what is not, and potential changes to implement moving forward.
