Jazz is very underestimated nowadays, appreciate that we still have many jazz lovers keep the genre going. I listened to jazz since 10 yrs old and always love the atmosphere in it.
Grandes. Muy buenos desde España. El contrabajista impresionante la calidad. Os deseo lo mejor desde un amante del Jazz desde Madrid España. Os quiero.
Very nice. But also a lesson in why the guitar was electrified in the 1950s and why the electric bass is popular today. Cannot hear the double bass...at all.
Most jazz artists (including myself) think that the electric bass sound is too harsh for this style of traditional jazz. There’s amps for upright bass but most tend to not use it as it restricts some of the sound. Also bass always sounds louder in person for some reason.

The bassist has such good rhythm. Carrying without a drummer is incredibly difficult

I have a video of these 3 from 2018 when my brother and I visited ny!
No place like NY ♥️
Nice, cool solos and good sound in an open area. Is this a standard tune or an original?
It is a great standard tune. "If I should lose you" (1936) and still sounding good. (lol)
There's a saxophone, a semi hollow guitar or a guitar with f holes and a double bass.
Great sound. What amp is the guitar using?
The guy that sat down in the end. He pulled out a sax. Is he part of the band or just some random?
Very nice.

@@evanmooseker4744 because of the Vibrations, the double bass works like an acoustic guitar after all ;)
Phone speakers

I can hear it fine on my headphones.
