Here I discuss how to maximize results with some of the best cable exercises that have been training staples of many of the great strength athletes and body builders. I also show and discuss how to incorporate thick or fat grip training with cables to better challenge the grip and forearm muscles, as well as a few unique variations to make some classic exercises more forearm-friendly. Lastly, I show how this can be done with a pair of KAZ handles (which I have really enjoyed using) though I also demonstrate a way to create a similar grip training attachment for those who are not looking to spend a lot of money on a pair of thick handles.
