    Magic erasers are the bomb! You can also scrub algae off of your siding with these, use them in your pool to collect algae, get soot marks from candles off your walls, and I've even gotten Sharpie off of wooden furniture with them.

    You will need to wipe the area worked on with a damp cloth to remove the film left behind from the magic eraser. It works on some marks but not on all. I used it at church and had to go back and rinse wipe.

    I haven't tried those yet but I'm sure that I will. There's a spot cleaner for carpet called Folex. To me it works really well. I saw it on Amazon.

    You can get 50 of them for around 10 dollars on eBay. Their smaller but that's okay with me. My sneakers always look new. Easy peasy.

    I've been using these eraser pads for years to remove scuff marks. I clean my base boards with too.
    I'm actually selling my home as well. I'm closing next week.
