Hey JT, could you do a breakdown on Peyton Manning? His footwork seems super chaotic and I'm wondering how he made it work. Thanks for the entertaining content!
I agree, his footwork and pocket presence changed over his career and I'd be really curious to see how his game evolved in relation to his footwork. Really need this video.
Idk about manning but I'm a lions fan, so I can say Staffords footwork changed a ton after Caldwell got hired. A before/after of that would be cool too
Hey JT, did you ever spend any time with an Erhardt offense? Trying to learn as much about their system as possible. I found Weis' 2004 playbook and have been looking at that, but would love to learn some updated stuff from that system
I heard my high school coach say to our QB (years ago) that he needs to be on his toes more in the pocket. I assumed it helps you to pivot between reads. If your flat footed wouldn't that make it harder to turn your body so you can throw, say, the flat route instead of the comeback on a simple read?
That point about the bobbing head is a good one. If you ever watch PBA bowling on FS1, you'll see that every one of the pro bowlers will have a steady head, no matter what their feet are doing. So... my man Justin Herbert is toes. Does that mean he'll be a lousy pro QB?.
I have concerns about Mahomes durability. He plays with abandon, and his superior mental control allows him to use his body in ways none of the rest of us can. It is his game, and without it he's mortal. So can you speak to player durability, limitations on reps to extend careers, and recovery times? And in Mahomies case, I don't know, but I expect him to pull something we never heard of. I lost my acl and mcl and femor to a busted play. I know how bad it hurts.
Kinda misleading. Different arm lengths and leverages produce a different throwing motion. What's said here consistently is stable base with a repeatable throwing mechanics
Death, Taxes, and JT being fired up for this one

Peyton's footwork seemed pretty stiff and awkward.

Hey jt! Big fan!! Can you pls do a tom brady video in depth analysis of his throwing motion, foot work and the basics?
Makes a lot of sense, thanks JT!

Thanks for the explanation JT. As a Ravens fan, this is Lamar's main issue! Hopefully it gets corrected over the offseason.
Lmao I came from Reddit
Have you done a deep dive into FIU QB James Morgan????
Do you have all-22 film to share?
