I’ve seen enough from the comments, you’re a clickbaiter. Trevor Lawrence dealt with 3-4 different injuries after going 8-3. Christian Kirk was HIS MAIN TARGET BEFORE HE HAD A SEASON ENDING INJURY VS THE BENGALS. Zay Jones was also struggling to find a way to stay healthy. The only two threats he had was Engram, and Ridley. Ridley struggled throughout the season, especially on concentration catches, sometimes in would watch Trevor throw a perfectly thrown pass into the endzone, and Ridley would struggle to either get two feet down, or maintain possession of the football. So realistically, Trevors best receiving threat was Evan Engram, which isn’t a good thing for that Jags offense. Just the fact that you made a 20 minute video just yapping about his poor performance with a “good supporting cast” WHICH IS BS. PFF ranked Trevors supporting cast at 30th in the league. You spreading false narratives saying “Trevor had help, and has failed to capitalize off of it” is awful. The fact that you also considered Mac over Trevor is ridiculous 😭 Take a break from making content
@@jackson904productions9 lack of o line depth, lack of wr talent his only good players are Etienne and maybe Engram they just barely got him some sort of wr talent by taking Brian Thomas Jr in the draft we will see how that goes that defense is just what carries that team at this point
The jags schedule after week 11 was absolutely crazy, they went thru the gauntlet of NFL DEFENSES and Trevor was banged up the whole year. Jags will be fine.
jags also have a safety net though, they already picked up his 5th year option so unless im misunderstanding they have 2 years of control BEFORE the extension kicks off, so if he does end up not proving it a trade could be possible. Yeah theyd be on the hook for part of the new contract but nowhere near the full amount.
You really have to look at QB stats to see how much the media is dumping on Trevor. Most of the fumbles were because Ridley was put in the wrong position, which made it difficult for him to get separation, which caused Trevor to hold the ball longer than he should with an injured O line. It goes back to Pederson and Taylor putting Ridley in a position he wasn't physical enough to play.
I find it very funny that you said on the title said that trevor lawrence experiment is over even though he got a 5th year option which the jags accept and then the jags are gonna pay him 50 mil a year did he struggle last year but saying a bust is very false
I will gladly trade Bryce Young for Trevor Lawrence, in a heartbeat. Pretty damn sure Raiders, Broncos, Giants, Saints, Browns, etc would love to have him.
Im a Texans fan and this man has enough skill to be a starter in the NFL. The jaguars as a franchises has not done enough to build around him. He may honestly just need a different location. Remember when he was drafted the Jags were ass. (They still are) the team needs to lock him up and build around him. Js
Texans were ass b4 CJ Stroud buddy (last place), and still have never made a Conference Championship in 22 yrs, Texans should trade CJ to a real contender and start Davis Mills, CJ needs a real team to win and Houston never wins anything in football
I hope he turns it around man. He has been good in stretches but its the layups he misses , ball security and the redzone turnovers. I think he can be great if he uses his legs more & puts more pressure on defenses being a real dual threat guy.
lol all I had to do is read the comments and it told me everything I needed to know about this video. Trevor isn’t a bust, definitely can’t say that right now if you really break it down and know why. Gotta do more homework if you’re going to scout a player and assume he’s bad instead of actually doing the research and not gong base on highlights and stats. Numbers don’t lie but they don’t tell the whole truth either. But whatever , it’s many Great QBs that had a slow start due to multiple reasons. “It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish “.
It's a 66 MPH fastball that he can spin when the need arises. Needs to clean up his fumbles and learn to wrap up and get on the ground. He has shown what he is capable of when healthy. He will be great at some point - it may take another year or it may be 3 years. Depends on who he is playing for and what the supporting cast looks like.
The guy is just too talented to play like crap in a year that is so pivotal. Who knows if they will win the division but he will play good enough to get paid that will happen.

Look at his stats from the first 11 wekks last year when they went 8-3 before he got injured. He was on his way to top in yards and tds with a 74% completion rating. Yeah he is no patrick mahomes but the kid is 24 and won a playoff game. Without him the jags are a 5 win team or worse. First year will urban killed him so much. He has no more excuse after this year.
It'll be absolutely nuts if Trevor Lawrence gets benched for Mac Jones. I assume if Jones sees the field it's because Lawrence got hurt but Lawrence plays poorly and Jones starts for that reason? Doug Pederson is probably coaching his last game and it's a hail mary move to save his job.
I don’t think he is a bust but he has definitely underachieve compared to how he was hyped up coming out the draft. Stroud has impressed me in one year than Tlaw has did in 3. This is the final year to see if he’s the generational talent or not
Lets not forget Doug wouldnt swallow his pride and take playcalling back from Press Taylor who couldnt call plays for a peewee team and CK is not an overpay dude tore a core muscle last year in the bengals game. Calvin Ridley was cheeks had like 5 dropped tds and didnt know his routes 65% of the time. Worry about Derek Carr
At the last part of the season Trevor was hurt did not practice most of those weeks we had the worst center in the NFL both guards were playing hurt Kirk and Zay were both out or playing hurt. Ridley with the Drops our secondary was playing hurt or all backups. Almost the hole team was hurt the last 5 games no one talks about all of that happened at the same time before that we made it to the best team in the AFC
😆 nobody ever mentions losing his real#1 wr kirk after bangles game. And ridley running the wrong routes. The starting o line played 1 game together due to injuries. Having the 42nd best center in the NFL and zay jones was outhalf the season .the most drops by wrs in the NFL with no run game, because o line couldn't block to get 3rd and 1
Idc what anybody says. A QB is only as good as their center. Look at the top guys Mahomes/Creed, JA17/ Morse, Lamar/Linderbaum, Goff/Ragnow. Tlaw had a center that wasnt even a top 32 guy and got pushed back 4 yards on sneaks. We will see this year with Morse
I think sometimes these players can give you a fake job. Don't sign him again unless you're absolutely sure I would wait until after the season and then and only then. Then you use the 50 year option and if he's not much much better than I would sign them to the one year contract I can't think of the name of it, the one-year contract for you paid the top five salary averages. You got to be really sure cuz he's probably going to ask for a 50 million or 55 million. I'm from Detroit and we just paid our quarterback 53 million a year that's a crazy amount of money, you'll screw your whole team up for many years if you don't do this right.
The question is, if the Jags decided to end the experiment and trade Lawrence, how many GM's in the NFL do you think would be on speed dial to get this guy? Look, I personally agree with many points in this video but if one thinks a team lets say the Seahawks, the Jets, the Patriots, the Vikings and one could even make an argument the 49ers wouldn't be dialing up the Jags in a heartbeat to trade for Lawrence, then one is gravely mistaken
@@LorMRKO yup which was exactly the point I was making. There's many criticisms you can make of Lawrence, hell there's many criticisms you can make of every QB not named Mahomes and even then he has his own critics, but to think that if the Jags were willing to trade Lawrence and there wouldn't be a Disneyland line of teams waiting to get him is absurd. I can guarantee that at least 20 out of the 31 teams would give up quite a bit to have him as their starter
To be honest with you, I think he was exposed since his junior year once within those top 10 NFL caliber receivers left and he had to play college on college level. It didn't pan out so well he what he didn't seem as dominant

The fact that you also considered Mac over Trevor is ridiculous 😭

You're right. YOUR comment didn't age very well.
It aged excellently!
Trevor is now tied with Burrow for being the highest paid NFL player
As a Texans fan i like Trevor Lawrence he should have been thriving in the nfl but Jacksonville has failed to build around him
How have we failed?
He had 4 pro bowl recievers your just making things up
Jags spent 250 million on free agency
Gardner minshew has much better stats with much worse teams
@@jackson904productions9 lack of o line depth, lack of wr talent his only good players are Etienne and maybe Engram they just barely got him some sort of wr talent by taking Brian Thomas Jr in the draft we will see how that goes that defense is just what carries that team at this point
LMFAO this dude changed the title, that means he changed the narrative and backpedaled? Because I'm watching this garbage.
I'm not*
The jags schedule after week 11 was absolutely crazy, they went thru the gauntlet of NFL DEFENSES and Trevor was banged up the whole year. Jags will be fine.
Trevor Lawrence gonna be mid in his 4th year and gets traded to the raiders and has a Ryan Tannehill turnaround
jags also have a safety net though, they already picked up his 5th year option so unless im misunderstanding they have 2 years of control BEFORE the extension kicks off, so if he does end up not proving it a trade could be possible.
U gotta remember that T-law got hurt VS the Bengals
He doesn’t even know TLAW got injured 🤣
@@cowman876 lol
Hey at least he had 2 straight years of a winning record. Not many Jaguars can say that.
Big difference between when he was injured and not.
@bmblafamilia7761
New era in Houston. Go Texans!
They aren’t ass anymore. They leveled up to mid.
I think dude just mad cause the Jags beat the Saints in prime time.
🔥🔥🔥🔥 uploads
Why is this so good cause you made it keep going!
Dude got on a Saints hat. Worry about Derek Carr I believe we smashed New Orleans last season 😂
Bro click bait harder
Oh, not David Gerrard! 🤣🤣
Since Mark Brunell, fr
I think it should’ve been clear trevor wouldnt meet expectations when you see tim tebow reviewing him
If he was a Ram he would be great... Come to LA Trevor 🤝🏿
Trevor was super banged up the later part of the season.
since Mark Brunell
He wont win a sb with the Jaguars. Maybe someone else but we'll see.
A team who is a qb away from a deep playoff run should make a trade for Trevor
Failed to point out that Trevor was injured
Keep that same energy when he shuts you up
Career awful 85 qb rating when healthy
@@123shoshan Septuple ratio, loser
The guy is just too talented to play like crap in a year that is so pivotal. Who knows if they will win the division but he will play good enough to get paid that will happen.
He’s nit talented
@@123shoshan Sextuple ratio for the Titans fan
Anyone who says tlaw not talented in either just plain stupid or has another agenda. Thats saying all NFL teams are idiots since all but 3 would have drafted him with 1st. Jerry would have sent DAK packing in a second
He is alright
C'mon man. It's the jaguars. You're not gonna win right away.
That’s true he did regress but he also got injured last season
That has to be the worst take from a analyst i ever heard
Tebo: he would be the best pick to lead a franchise, cause he would do that! 😭😭😭
Whelp this didn’t age well
Why does Pedersen only have 1 good year as a coach before his teams crash and burn?
When I was young , ....
Football was everything to me .
But now that I am older , ... Football isn't
The same game as it used to be .
It's as soft as womens football now , ...
In fact ... I think with all the politics and the drama .
What is it anymore ?
If your team wins the Superbowl , ...
What change has it made in your life ... Really ?
Bragging rights for a year ?
Most people can't remember who played in the last Superbowl ,
And don't care .
Speak for yourself. YOU fell out of love with football!! YOU!! Your fandom has waned, yet here you are on a random video complaining about a sport you "don't love" ????
"Most people don't care"
Yea that'd be just you buddy.
Go watch golf. A lot less " politics"
Good riddance you newly casual fan. The rest of us true and long-suffering fans will be watching the warriors on the gridiron this fall. Playing the best sport on the EARTH. Tee Up buddy boy. ⛳🏌️
Trevor Lawrence is the future of the jaguars. It’s the play calling
nice box score watching analysis over here.. delete your channel bro no point
This video is just explaining how having a Oline the the biggest reason why QBs can succeed or fail
Give him a real #1 WR and he balls out
I don’t think he is a bust but he has definitely underachieve compared to how he was hyped up coming out the draft. Stroud has impressed me in one year than Tlaw has did in 3. This is the final year to see if he’s the generational talent or not
um no it’s not
Lets not forget Doug wouldnt swallow his pride and take playcalling back from Press Taylor who couldnt call plays for a peewee team and CK is not an overpay dude tore a core muscle last year in the bengals game. Calvin Ridley was cheeks had like 5 dropped tds and didnt know his routes 65% of the time. Worry about Derek Carr
Lawrence isn’t going anywhere except up.
1 different play could have made it different
Why is Jerrod Goff wearing a saints hat?
Bro you did have some valid points but also some biased stuff with lack of content
He’s the franchise QB and is not a bust 😂 let’s see another QB in this lineup with that many new injuries within 10 weeks play that much
😆 nobody ever mentions losing his real#1 wr kirk after bangles game.
Look, I personally agree with many points in this video but if one thinks a team lets say the Seahawks, the Jets, the Patriots, the Vikings and one could even make an argument the 49ers wouldn't be dialing up the Jags in a heartbeat to trade for Lawrence, then one is gravely mistaken
lol he just signed $200+ mil
@@LorMRKOOne of the most insane contracts I've seen. First it was Goff now Lawrence. These contracts are out of hand.
@skylangford6083 there are criticisms you can make with Mahommes as well...
@@ghostsamongus3370 yup I said that he's got critics of his own no doubt

Why didn’t his rookie year not count ? Because his coach was on a bar with a girl ?

To be honest with you, I think he was exposed since his junior year once within those top 10 NFL caliber receivers left and he had to play college on college level. It didn't pan out so well he what he didn't seem as dominant
What would Tim Tebow know about "top NFL quarterback play"?
Lawrence is not going to be a top NFL quarterback.
He is not that type of player.
Why did Calvin Ridley leave? I don't know, i think that 50 million dollars guaranteed might have something to do with that.
they didn't want him back
@shivnerine1 still 90 million dollar contract w 50 guaranteed. You have to be insane to pass that up. I don't care which team offer that to him.
I won't say that Trevor Lawrence is franchise QB material but he has got to win Super Bowl Championships first of all and maybe and only maybe he'll become a franchise QB but not now not by a damn longshot 0:18
He okay.. You relax
It seems like every one of these mofo plays like they don't give shit after they get their big payday!
Trevor is overrated. He’s had 3 years to prove he’s a franchise QB, he’s not it. How much help does he need? If you have to keep asking if he’s the guy, then he’s not the guy.
