Just bought one for my Airbnb. Arrives today. I will come back here and comment after I set it up. I have a digital lock on the door there now. For whatever reason, the majority of my guests have trouble using it. I never do but they always do. So I hope they are able to do this. It was pricey.
How does it sync with Airbnb if it doesn't have WiFi?
Hi Dave, thanks for the great review! Now when you said if you want to do a "customized pin" you have to be close (within bluetooth range). Does that particular limitation of being close apply for the auto generated pin? For example, I could be out of state and use the app to generate a one time pin to grant access to someone?
I am having trouble opening up the lock in frigid weather it was 29 degrees and lock would not open door. It appears frozen. Someone also asked about Waterproof which is a another great question
If I go travel for few months ( which means I will not able to stand beside the lock) can I still can generate a one-time password to my friend / helper while they want to get access to my house by using this key box?

I want to use it for showings at a rental property so I don't have to be there every time. But I want to make it so prospective tenant that I give a code to has to upload a form of ID and take a selfie. Is this possible at all on the backend of the system? Or would I have to use a 3rd party to make that happen?
Does this sync with peerspace as well?
If im at work, can authorize someone to unlock it from that far away ?
Anyone know how waterproof it is

Very pleasant demeanor . I am considering one of these but am looking for more info than was in this video. Such as what cellphone operating system I need for the ap to work ? And if there is a monthly charge to use the ap ? I know some companies hide this info and you are surprised when you buy the box and find this out. Thanks for the video !
i use this for my rental home. Do you know how to get notifcations without syncing through bluetooth when I am trying to be as remote as possible?
How do you set a code remotely without WIFI?
So, the 1st model of this keybox can generate unlocks remotely - you say "I want someone to have access from time a to time b" in the owners copy of the app, it uploads to the mothership, the recipient gets a text message saying (to pull something out of my message archives)
