- Luffa With Eggs is one dish that Ah Pa will call "never go wrong" dish. Just add luffa with eggs, and it will turns out to be a heavenly dish.
Ingredients:
1 luffa (Trim away the ridges on the luffa and peel away the skin, cut into 2” lengths)
2 chicken eggs
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh or fried garlic
Appropriate amount of hot water
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Few drops of ONG KY fish sauce
Few drops of light soya sauce
Few dashes of white pepper
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar

Could be old, try to get those which is heavier, not hollow feel. If u feel the seeds r alot, u can remove them also
