Hey there, Ed Kang! I just wanted to express my gratitude for all your help. We have improved our pitch deck 200 times since I started. Learning has made us better founders by increasing our confidence in our product. I have noticed that with each change we make in the pitch deck, our clarity and understanding of our solution improves, and we become more confident in challenging ourselves. We started using Grammarly, and it has also helped us a lot.
Ed, fantastic video from what I’ve watched so far - as always! I was wondering if you could create a video on business plans? Your perspective with the good ol’ Ed Kang “do’s and don’ts” and your overall understandings on it. Pitch decks are of course vital, but some investors have asked for a business plan too. It would be great to see how you approach them. (P.S. it genuinely makes me so happy to see your channel growing, remember me when you’re famous!)
I apologize for the late reply. Unfortunately I don't think business plans are much help because startups change so fast. However, I believe founders need to know how to do them. This is one of our tools we use at startups.com: www.bizplan.com/
