I’d understand if it was a suggestion yk? Like “oh I think it’d look better if you did it some other way and try experimenting more”. But saying that it’s ‘wrong’ seems a bit off to me. Unless it was wayyyy off, like having a streak of black eyeliner somewhere like your cheekbone where you’d definitely not want it. Thought makeup had no rules and it was up to personal preference. But I’m p sure that whoever left that comment didn’t think so deeply about it so all this negativity probably isn’t well deserved. The Nars foundation is fabulous! I use it also as concealer as it is super thin, but highly pigmented and doesn't crease on me at all like traditional concealer formulas do. I mean zero creasing. I pair it with the Nars light Reflecting pressed powder which I have used for about five years. It is super hard pressed so it may look like hard pan straight out of the package but it just needs a good natural hair goat brush (I use either my Rae Morris or Wayne Goss brushes) to pick up the product and it just knocks back the sheen of the foundation as I don't like any shine in the under eye area. It is truly translucent on my brown skin and is virtually invisible. Thanks for sharing.
YES to the lip video! Lipstick is my favorite part of my makeup routine, and it has been the WORST hiding my lips behind face masks. It would be so fun to get inspired about lips again, and motivate me to shop my stash or pick up a couple new colors to get excited about!

I found the IT cosmetics concealer super high tattoo level coverage, it was a bit too oily for my liking and I got the wrong shade, but the Pat McGrath and ABH concealers will always be my top two favourite concealers. I love the Kosas cloud set which I used up this month, and NARS foundations, their light reflecting one is their best one so far imo

Re: MAC Stack. Mine smudges as well. And flakes. And it feels really heavy on my lashes. I've stopped using it, but maybe I just need to use a tissue wipe some off the wand before applying.
I feel the same way Heather! It’s almost like it’s too “wet” upon application for my lashes. I kind of feel like it makes my lashes stick together vs what I see on others. Idk definitely just doesn’t do what I would like sadly.
No clue if I'm right or not since I haven't tried either product, but the Fenty Slip Shine product looks so similar to L'Oreal Paris Glow Paradise Hydrating Balm-in-Lipstick, especially the shade Ecstatic Mulberry looks spot on color wise. I had my eye on the L'Oreal so when I saw this on you I thought of it.

Try the ND lip liners!!! I swatched them in store and could not wash them off after repeated attempts. It's the first lip liner I've used that will stay on my lips!
I do like the bye bye under eye concealer but since by eye area is dryer I have fallen back in love Amazing cosmetics concealer. It is so full coverage but yet lightweight. And yes please do a lip combo video!!

I buy flat powder puffs at target bc they come in a pack and they're cheap. They're near the makeup brush section. For those of us with oily skin, it works wonders on makeup to press on setting powder on foundation rather than dusting it on with a brush. Using a brush doesn't sink that powder in enough to make my foundation long lasting or mattify my face.
Kayla N, if you have oily skin, your skin is out of balance and it usually means you're cleansing the natural oils off too much with a cleanser that is too strong, resulting if *overproduction* of oil. Switch cleansers to a balm and nourishing cleanser without added fragrance. See Dr Dray's channel for quality suggestions.

Regarding the Mac mascara smudges I have had luck with my mascara that I love but does that with a product from Mommy Makeup clear mascara waterproofing it's a clear tube that locks favorite mascara in place.

The it cosmetic under eye concealer also works great on any dark spots on your face. I have hyperpigmentation and it covers them up amazingly well

Bye bye undereye is great for spot concealer too since it's great at canceling out dark circles. I usually buy the mini from Ulta since it'll expire before you finish the big tube lol

With your extremely Fair complexion how were you able to wear that deep shade in the Nars? Is it because of self tanner? If not what shade would you wear in Nars without self tanner?
Honesty, I think it looked really good without the glow. I know glowy is the thing now but I think a more satin finish is so pretty!
