I think he was drowsy or something. Cpr isn’t necessary unless his heart stopped. Seeing how fast he stood up, I don’t think his heart stopped at all. Usually they get a weak pulse that needs to be sent to the hospital asap in case the condition gets worse. This guy was fine.
