I'm always wondering about security in this kind of houses, I mean, the amount of easy access due to the windows and doors is amazing, and I would never get a bit of peaceful sleep on that house.

What a beautiful floor plan. Particularly fascinated with the basement entertainment value and the master bed extension into that wonderfully spacious and well lit nook added onto it. Not to mention that INCREDIBLE master bath! Little bit thrown off by the "dining area' being a hop and a skip away and across the foyer from the kitchen, but nothing worth taking any real value from the home as a whole.. Thanks for sharing!
I guess you could probably switch the living and the dining room so the dining room is right next to the kitchen

whoever decorated this got the dinning room and formal living room mixed up....
you're absolutely right, as it is the dining room is in limbo by itself far from the kitchen where as there is access to the kitchen from the 'living room', there's no butler's pantry but there is a short hallway with shelving.

Beautiful home. I dislike how close the neighbors houses are to it, but at the same time its not that major. Plus more land means more maintenance.
alexas hayes it's the suburbs. People expect their neighbours to be close. Living in the suburbs has its advantages. More amenities. Living in the country outside city limits others prefer. More peaceful, private, but away from amenities.
I really only liked the backyard. It was just so pretty and they had a pool and still a lot of grass.

The house is beautiful.... just one point the formal dining room which is located within the foyer area doesn't have a direct access to the kitchen, a bit weird. Or at least should have been a butler's service area within the room..... such inconvenience the kitchen is at the end of the hallway! Maybe that formal dining room should be best made as receiving room or living room! Just my opinion.

Beautiful home but the carpet, shower curtains door handles downs play the home.
The living room and dining rooms are furnished wrong the dining room should be off kitchen. And with all the bathrooms, they don't need so many tubs, more convenient and economical to have more walk in showers. Otherwise a nice house.

If you live in a colder climate, then carpets in bedrooms make sense because when you hit a cold floor in the morning with bare feet...brrrrr!
