This house is more of a newly constructed American suburban style home on the outside that you would find in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Parts of New York and New Jersey, etc.
A very Nice big house... so confortable... Bellissima e grande casa canadese... Sarebbe bello poterci vivere dentro, peccato che manchi il Gas Cooktop ed il bide' nei bagni... Ci sono comunque ancora delle cose da migliorare ed ammodernare
This home has an excellent design. The architect is brilliant. The only thing that I would have added, if possible....is wider openings at the top of the stairs. The different ins and outs of the staircases have narrow angles....especially for turning. It must have been a job to get all the furniture in the upstairs and downstairs rooms. The set up is lovely, and it should get a lot of interest. You don't find to many properties of that floor plan.

I mean I am into funk shway I like to see a lot of sleeping quarters more than anything I don't know why I just love to see I went family come out of town and I like I'm into bed and breakfast is and stuff like that so I love to see a lot of sleeping areas and things of that nature and lounge areas and I'm very excited over a basement to lower levels and how different designs of lower levels of fireplaces and comfortable areas to lounge in is awesome

I like the fact that the bedrooms weren't back to back. Hallway was a bit narrow tho, and the video moved thru the rooms a bit too quickly. It was nice to see a traditional living room at the front if the house. Guests shouldn't have to walk all the way to the back of the house before they can sit down.

I love love that this kitchen is separate, don't want my guest seeing me sweat while cooking or checking the food. Then again, too many sitting areas that's not realistic can be a bit overwhelming. Or maybe that's how Canadians do it?

How much cost this property
The exterior is beautiful but the inside is so inconsistent with the furniture, trims, bathrooms, etc., it hurts. Also the dehydrated piss walls aren't my thing either.

Ehh it's too closed for me lol
Black countertops and electric cook range turned me off right away. Not fond of the galley kitchen layout either. Multiple sitting rooms are great for my library, office and music rooms. Neighbors are too close and the driveway is very tight. Second or top floors should always have cathedral ceilings.
