Clare Lancers outdoors in Kilfenora

The Kilfenora Ceili Band played music for the Clare Lancers Set which was danced on the square in the village of Kilfenora, Co Clare, during a traditional music weekend.

Thanks Bill for a fantastic video of what looks like a wonderful day together with the people of Kilfenora. My father Tom "Pappi" Kelleher is from Glann, Ennistymon and was a tin whistle player, he told me of his younger days when he together with other musicians would play to step dances around the region, he`s in his mid 90`s now and living in the UK but his love of Clare and it`s traditional music will always live on in his and our hearts. Thanks again :-)
