Does anyone know the tune that starts at 19.07?
I am learning some sets on the fiddle and I like this tune.

*It's a very popular old reel called "The Duke Of Leinster".... especially for set dancing..If you listen closely the same reel is played (again) at the beginning of the set around 05.33)*

Watch this old clip from 50 years ago. The second part involves the same reel for the set dancers..ruclips.net/video/wuNhtdHxmSo/видео.html

I have a question as to why the talcon powder had to be put down???? No other dancer on the floor had to put it down???

@Janette Davis It helps them to slip -- a damp floor prevents it

The talcum powder is actually to reduce grip and help us slide. It was a wet day which makes a floor sticky and bad for my aging joints!

Would it not be more in some peoples lines to learn the basic 1 2 & 123 steps before they start doing fancy foot work!!! Is it just my opinion or maybe im just old fashioned!!!

Ah! Maybe your "Old Fashioned" But there's nothing wrong with that! Your comment is food for thought.
For some of us it's great to watch this video since some of are living over six thousand miles away. I used to go to school (CBS) in beautiful. I used to cycle from my home in equally beautiful Kilkee every weekday when I was a teenager, but that was "millions" of years ago. It's been about 55 years since I was a Teenager!!!
